Inactiveyour welcome – anychance of that offline promotional code yet ?
April 27, 2009 at 11:01 am #799134
PngigdgaMemberWell, I’m still trying and you last emailed me at 14.21 on Friday 24th. If I made them myself, or even made the decision as to whether you could have one, then I am sure that this would be a lot smoother. But as you know, I dont, so as frustrating as it is, we both have to work alongside the people who do these things. I wish I had a magic wand to wave, but I dont

Additionally, the list of sites that you gave me showing bonus codes, arent actually bonus codes. They are standard signup bonuses displayed to look like unique bonus codes. Which is what I suggested that you do. At the end of the day I dont think that you are going to get a unique bonus code, so using the offers on the website would be the best and quickest way forward.

InactiveNeil, does William Hill offer, or send, press releases to its affiliates (like Paddy Power does)?
I already contacted the affiliates department twice (affiliates@) but never got any reply.
Thanks

richatd0373MemberI’m waiting to be paid by Will Hill for March. I have no problem contacting them just not getting paid? They say they are having trouble integrating the new system but it’s working fine from my end. They always send me a nice email saying it’s been sorted and I will be paid, but never say when.
I was an affiliate manager for 6 years and my first priority was to make sure affiliates were paid on time. Simple customer care equals loyalty.May 14, 2009 at 9:27 pm #799764Anonymous
InactiveHello,
is there a difference between WH’s own affiliate program and Affutd ?
Does WH offer press releases to all affiliates ?
Some seem to get them. The email address [email protected] must be dead by the way.
Thanks

PngigdgaMemberHi folks
Sorry – I seem to have missed the last couple of posts – my bad

Casino rep and Les – my boss is flying back into the UK today, so I’ll get an update on your payment problems.
Star – let me find out what you are looking for. I am sure that we do
With regards to the generic email address, I’m not sure how this works but i am going to guess that they all go through to a central point and are then allocated out to the correct AM. I’ve had a couple of people MSN me or email me to say that they have had no response, so it could be that the requests are going to the wrong AM (we can only see our own portfolio of affiliates, not everyones), so I think that if anyone has any problems that it would be wiser to send them straight to me – at least that way you know that its gone to an actual person (me
) and I can get the request to the right person if it isnt me!May 21, 2009 at 5:37 am #799950Anonymous
InactiveHi Neil, any updates on the commission? I sent you an email yesterday. Thanks.

ExpertistMemberI would like to know something, now that someone from the company is on the case. Is this affutd.com a scam or what….David Bazak and Josh Portnoi work for Will Hill? I had an account with affiliates.williamhill.com. I was approached by these people telling me that the portal was to be closed and for me to change all the banners to the affutd.com site. Once done, none of my playrs were transferred as promised, I sent them hundreds of players, but got absolutely no revenue from it, I lost thousands in this endeavour and had to remove all the banners.
Please contact me if you are from William Hill ([email protected])

AlmanatorMemberWhen it comes to these lot nothing surprizes me at all. As they jumped in bed with C-pays I need to hear no more. C-pays were dishonest and I personaly will never allow for any of that lots banners on any of my sites. The last thing I need is more nonsense like being asked for my password and aff mgr’s changing stats!
I for the life of me, after all that has been posted negativly about C-pays/W Hill, can’t undertand why affiliates still waste thier time with them. The only way to get them to change, if that will ever happen, is to stop promoting them completly as a community.
