Hi all. Although I work for William Hill from the London office, I just noticed this thread, and wanted to let you know that our CSC people are based in Israel, where they are currently celebrating the festival of passover. This may be why no-one has got back to you over the last few days.

I see that your title reads “UK Account Manager”. Do you only handle customer accounts or affiliates as well? Because this is a casino affiliate account matter. Thanks.

Yeah – I look after all UK affiliates that have natural casino traffic. Send me an email and I will get it sorted. Now, I am not really allowed to respond to posts, as we have a structure in place that means that queries are logged and filtered down to the correct Account Manager, but as that is me, lets see if I can get you a speedy result
