    as you can see the revenue has been flat for the last 2 weeks of January even though there have been consistent deposits made.

    since we’ve started promoting rushmore, we have never had 0 revenue made for more than a few days in a row. thus i can pretty much safely say that something is wrong. either on deposits side or most likely on revenues.

    either way i would appreciate for my account to be looked in specifically. somehow the “processor issue” doesn’t seem to add up in this case as deposits were actually recorded.

    HI Splinter Free,

    There was a specific problem with stats while our processing was down,in some cases the stats where showing attempted deposits, as real deposits. When in fact no money was deposited. Hence you saw no income. This problem was rectified once it was discovered and will not happen again.

    As for the people who tried to deposit, and couldn’t, they now can and many have. We are proactively contacting them and offering them the chance to play.
    Most people do as Rushmore is a great place to play and players come back time and time again even if its just to call up our customer support team and chat.

    Gabriel is actually your Account Manager and he can be contacted my e-mail or messenger, but I am happy to help when ever I can.

    is there any particular reason for massive chargebacks on my account? i haven’t seen these kind of chargeback figures anywhere before…

    Hi,

    This is entirely related to the problem with our previous processor.

    Unfortunately, you had a player who had deposited large sums of money in the past, and chose to chargeback the amount. Usually, we are able to prevent these things from happening, or limit the damage, when we have our processing in place, but in the situation last month and earlier this month, we were unable to protect ourselves from these things. As you probably know chargebacks are very difficult to prevent.

    On a lighter note, not only is our processing fully back, but I can now confidently report that our conversions are better than they ever were, and this weekend some of our affiliates broke their own records in ‘New Depositors per day’, so things are very good, and only getting better.

    I’d like again apologize for any problems anyone encountered with us over the last month, we were literally all over the place trying to get things back to their former glory, and unfortunately, we couldn’t be everywhere at once. For those of you who understand I am pleased to continue working with you and can give you my word that I will work my ass off to ensure that things only get better and better from here on out.
