To prove that these connections are France, I go to the player in France. You should know that I know a lot of French players that I knew in real casinos, not online. I’m also a player since 1985.

So I have a physical relationship with many of my players. I’m at home in France and they show me that they connect without problems to casinos Fortune Affiliates. No proxy, vpn etc … They connect as before the law.

Fortune Lounge is lying. You should know after U.S. players, it is the French players who played the most on Microgaming. The law of May 2010, all Microgaming casinos have kept the French players acquired before the law.

Proof ? Casino Reward, Referback, GoWild, Red Flush, casino Star Partner, GoWild and others still pay commissions to their affiliates French actually. Even if they are serious Reward no longer pays commissions casinos he bought. This is another problem …

Fortune Affiliates, casinos Roxy, Brightshare and WagerShare are scams because, to avoid bankruptcy, they have stolen French affiliates commissions. Webmasters must know and punish these groups online casinos with our commissions have not been acquired by Casino Reward.

So, no gift for casinos say they have closed the accounts of French players, this is not true.

Are FL aware of this thread? They are sponsors of this forum and I wonder why this has not been adressed by them yet.

    Hi Halelovas,

Firstly, as I said, the casinos of Fortune Affiliates is cited as “casino scams” in 1560 Casinosguide.net pages of our site.
    This was done yesterday.

Then for emailing, this weekend will be sent to our 15,000 subscribers. We also prepare a spot in English for YouTube.

Then, if Fortune Affiliate complaint, they will be served with the evidence that we have and those that are going to get. For now, we intend to pursue.

    – Are FL aware of this thread ? Yes, of course ! It also warned FAffiliates by email. If they do not defend it, now you know it is not serious … except for their post players, but you pay for it is another story.

    – They are sponsors of this forum and I wonder why this has not been adressed by them yet…
I suspected that they are sponsors of this forum ! But CAP has a reputation for serious people, well, I hope.
In any case, for our part, we will continue to shout that Fortune Affiliates are thieves. This will make them bad publicity and what we want above all is that webmasters are notified before putting a banner of their casinos.

    Hi all,

We are now in touch with the Head of Acquisition at Fortune Affiliates and the affiliate directly and will update the community once the dialogue is finished, and this matter is closed.

    Hello Sheadey,

    Thank you for your message.

You say that you are in contact with the manager of Fortune Affiliate Affiliate and that this dispute will be closed according to what they tell you, is that correct ?

For me, this problem starts and I intend to go to a Tribunal. Why FAffiliate am not attacking the Tribunal ? I’d do it for show to the whole community of webmasters FAffiliate lose because they lie. Indeed, with the evidence I have, they will lose. I never talk without proof.

My players are currently on their casinos for 2 years and I am not paid. I will do everything I can to make my players do not play their casinos.

For me, this issue will be closed when FAffiliate have paid me. And if my players continue to play, they must also continue to pay my commissions. If my players do not play well, ok, it’s normal, but for now, it is the opposite.

That is my position and I take this message to tell the community members online casinos, do not be fooled.

Sorry Phil but what I don’t understand is if all the above affiliate programmes are ‘scams’ why are you only chasing Fortune Affiliates?

    Hi Kolololo,

For now, this is Fortune Affiliates I start. I can not make the four groups at the same time. But I can confirm the other (roxy, WagerShare and BrightShare) are also scams because I also received proofs of connection to French players based in France.

I will make a post for each of these groups. If the administration of this forum can change the title of this post:
Fortune Affiliates, attention, commissions scam. It would be nice …

I repeat once more: prefer Referback, 32Red, Casino Rewards, GoWild, RedReturns and Star Partner.
They are serious and comply by paying their affiliate commissions, even after a law in your country. If they do not close the accounts players, you will be paid.

    How strange !

Here is a proof of a French player that connects to Royal Vegas. But Fortune affiliates informs him that his casino account is now closed. In summary, Fortune affiliates begin to close the accounts of French players in February 2013 and not December 2010.

In fact, Fortune Affiliates has stolen French affiliates commissions for 2 years.

Here is an excerpt of the conversation on chat a French player who wanted to connect to his account last week:

    Me: Hi Cindy
Me: that my account is locked for a very short time, could you tell me why?
    Me: rvrXXXXXXXXXX
    Cindy: I’ll see it all
Cindy: Can I have your account number please casino?
    Me: rvrXXXXXXXXXX
Cindy: We are sorry to have to inform you that following a decision of our management, and regardless of our good intentions, the casino has unfortunately removed from French territory and its overseas territories.
Me: yes, I know, but I have lots of good French friends who still play with you
Me: and as I am a former player, why me?
Cindy: I can not tell you. What I do know is that the direction is in the process of gradually close the accounts.
Me: Ok AH good tans bad for me … There is a problem for any current French?
Cindy: I have unfortunately not received more information.
Me: So just know my accounts etc … platinum play are closed too?
    Cindy: It will be closed.
Me: ARFFFF, good thank you Cindy
    Cindy: I beg you
    Cindy: Sorry
    .

I find it very odd that Fortune Lounge still did not adress this issue. grattag’s claims sound very convincing.

Are there any other affiliates that are affacted by this also?

    #832247

    Hi Halelovas,

Other French affiliates do not say anything because certainly:

    – No business created.
    – So money under the table.

Us, it is different when a group of casinos do not pay us, we steal but also the state. Indeed, when we get the money, you pay taxes.

In addition, the French affiliates have no community. They are very quiet because they are very afraid of taxes.

We not, we pay our taxes since 2004. So ….

We want to know what is the exact address of Fortune affiliates. Is that this is the address of the head office ?
Royal Vegas Villa Seminia 8 – Sir Temi Zammit Avenue – Ta ‘Xbiex XBX 1011 – Malta.

If yes, we will get a lawyer in Malta. Someone can confirm if the address is correct ?

    Thank you very much.

    phil

    #832278

    Hello all !

Well, through an affiliate, I got the real address of Fortune Lounge. They are not based in Malta, but in South Africa. The address of Malta is a place to exercise their online casinos.

So before any proceedings of our society, I need to know if any of you live in South Africa and particularly in Johannesburg.

I need a lawyer who speaks French and English. Contact me about this and if you can deal with it, our society will pay.

    thank you very much.

I think you’ll be hard pushed to find a Lawyer in SA who speaks French, it’s not their native tongue. What you might be better doing is obtaining an interpreter who can translate from French to English for a English speaking lawyer.

There are a couple of decent gaming layers in SA. I think this might be your best shot ;)
