    I am still waiting for a reply upon an outstanding payment from one of their casinos. Daniel, can you please ask your colleagues from the payout department to address my most recent email of which I sent you a CC?

    Affactive, I still did not receive any payment or reply from Adrianna at the payout department. I am afraid your casino obviously still has not changed its modus operandi after all this time.

    This thread will be kept updated until this has finally been resolved and the balance is paid in full.

    Helovas, i understand that its a nice way of harrasment but this is my autoreply from now on (on any next forum that you are planning to try your luck on)

    Helovas was banned 3 years ago by our fraud department for his activity as a player in one of our brands. Now he decided that it wasn’t fair.

    Again- i cannot assist you. you can contact CS / finance but after getting the info i have to say that you have exactly 0% that the decision of banning you will be overruled.

    I don’t know the Helovas side of the story.
    Hopefully he’ll respond here to my request for info and post that here some time today.

    While I’m aware he maybe viewed by some casinos as an advantage player. IMO if a casino doesn’t guard their backside in their own bonus T&Cs, they can’t blame players for f#ck ups due to their casinos own doing. In these instances, the casino pays the winnings & either bans the player or fixes up their T&C’s. End of story.

    Over and above that though, to the best of my knowledge, Helovas has never, ever, been accused of fraudulent activities. That’s in the realm of deceptive behavior and credit card fraud etc., etc. Some pretty strong accusations, without tending proof… Just saying!

    Edit: This is not an affiliate program (AffActive) matter but one directly connected to one of the casinos, correct?

    Hi you are right. Just woke up and that’s wasn’t my intention.

    To rephrase myself: helovas was banned by our fraud department.

    never meant to accuse Helovas of stealing CC or something like that.

    Yes, one of the brands.

    I due try to assist in most case but won’t be able in this one. First its been 3 years ago and second don’t see a chance for decision overrule.

    Seems from what your saying contacting support is a waste of time. He’s probably better to Pitch a Bitch at CM or submit a complaint at Submit a Casino Complaint | The Pogg and see if that mediation service can help.

    In that specific case – that took place 3 years ago and was forgotten by the player – the support will not change the decision. yes, he can use both of these methods

    He played 3 years ago. I assume he contact the CS at that time and received the same reply.

    Since then, for 3 years and till a month ago there was no communication from the player to the casino.

    Your casino withholds my balance for no reason and ignored to resolve or explain this issue for the past three years. It is incorrect that I have not contacted them about this. I did so on multiple occasions. Why do you not simply answer the question that I have been asking for the past 3 years and finally explain which term I have supposedly not adhered to that would permit your casino to withhold my rightful balance?

    You may continue to ignore this issue for the time being, but I will be urged to ascertain that other players and affiliates would become well aware of what is happening. Of course I have zero intention to play at any of your casinos again and you may keep the account locked, but trust my rightful balance will be paid.

    Nevertheless, I would appreciate if this can still be resolved amicably if the payout department replies upon the email I sent.

    When you say, “casino withholds my balance”, what does that exactly mean. 1 or 2 or 3 or 4?

    1. Deposited money
    2. Deposit and bonus
    3. Deposit and winnings
    4. Winnings

    And while I’m asking that, how much money is being withheld?

    Edit: I think it would help everyone if clearly defined issues are stated. Eg – balance. Stating exactly what that is, means I or other members are not having to ask the above. Instead it will cut down on a lot of wasted time.

    @ AussieDave: The casino is blocking payment of my deposits and winnings well in the $ K’s. Since my most recent post in this forum I again did not receive a reply from their payment department.

    @ Daniel: Again… Which term I have supposedly not adhered to that would permit your casino to withhold my rightful balance?
