“Someone just recently suggested that I add PitBull as a recomended room on WAC.. I don’t know much at all about them (it has only been brought up today, haven’t had time to look into them.. ) Can you please elaborate some Nick?”

Interesting…i was gonna do the same, so i asked a few people about them

And one of my fellow poker site owners who promoted them told me how they ripped him off, and this is how we operate, we share this kind of information amongst eachother

I am working on this poker site with about 200 rooms listed on it, while i try to examine each place first hand, i find it very difficult to do, so i rely on the word of others that i know and trust, as in this case regarding Pitbull Poker

I could add a few more stay away froms to the list

    Poker Piazza
    Classic Poker
    USA Poker Club
    Texas Poker Party
    Pathenon Poker

These are just rooms that i consider crap, like the others i’ve listed, you are welcome to check them out for yourself

From an affiliates point of view, these places exhibit some shady behaviour, the most common being pulling the old Sportingbet/World Poker Exchange tactic of the “Now you see me, now you don’t” affiliate program

    Should add Bayou Poker prof.

Won’t get into too much detail(although can do so if required), but basically:

    – October 05, have $65 in my account. E-mail asking when get money.
    – November 05, no responses, e-mail again.
    – December 05, finally get response after 6 e-mails. Get runaround like you wouldn’t believe, finally get money in January.
    – Owed about $150 in February. Continue to get runaround.
    – March – Am told that I am only owed $18. I present screenshots proving that I am owed $150. They don’t answer. I e-mail again, they say “oh we are having problems from our end, we will just send you $120.”
    – April, after repeated e-mails, I still haven’t got the $120. They finally send me $20! More e-mails by me gone unanswered.

Bayous affiliate program is ran by a person by name of Mike Henry, and he was only one there. Recently added an assistant, Tom. Both are very unresponsive, and will give runaround.

Figures and dates are close estimates. I still have all old e-mails and was going to do a thread warning people about them and showing the fun I had, but meh don’t know if it’s worth it. But yeah, Bayou will screw you over.
