InactiveThis is interesting to read. I gave rome some exposure a while back and while I noticed the conversion rate was above average there never seemed to be any reoccurring deposits. Basically a player would deposit once and disappear. I assumed they didn’t like the software.
I am not saying they were cheating or anything like that but my observation does seem to reflect the problem that has been outlined in this audit.
I am hoping this is a software issue.

vladcizsolMemberAs I said last night I will chat with Robin today for clarification and provide a detailed update.
In the mean time the next audit will begin several days after we return from CAP Euro London. I have our programming team developing printed and online forms to outline, verify and track each and every step of the audit procedure for each tester. This is being done to ensure complete accuracy and provide Robin with all the data in a uniform format for reporting. Hopefully this will speed the process up and reduce the chance for any errors.CAP Audits are a great new tool for helping us to discover any discprencies in tracking and reporting of Online Gaming Affiliate Programs. When a fault is detected we will work with the program on a resolution. This will help ensure when you work with CAP Certified Partners you have the best opportunity for success.

vladcizsolMemberGuys I havent had the chance to chat with Robin, but based on her comments in the moderators area I think its only fair to Rome Casino that we archive the first audit results and revisit them in the future. Their appears to be a communication discrepency and we want to ensure all CAP audits are 100% accurate in their conclusions so a retest is in order.
Gabe and Josh thank you for all the support in reviewing our first audit and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Also special thanks to Top Game for their quick response and for addressing the concerns we had and for making the requested changes to the tracking cookies.
