This is my first time not recieving a payment from these guys which I thought, errr which I know are a reputable honest company….I have sent emails and have not got a response…. Two emails for that matter. They are now over a month behind paying me though it appears in the systems front page as being paid.
Can I get a response of anyone else possibly not paid yet either and if you have tried to email them……or call them??? Thanks….
Matt
July 3, 2004 at 8:15 pm #651395AnonymousInactiveWell, I emailed them today via their contact form within the affiliate platform. I’m showing a large amount earned, however, it says amount paid $0. It has been like this since june 1. Makes no sense. I will let you know if I get a response and please let me know if you do first? thanks
July 3, 2004 at 8:29 pm #651396AnonymousInactiveYou know when you first login it shows that quick summary and shows the latest totals including:
COMMISSIONS EARNED: $_____
COMMISSIONS PAID: $ _____
And usually the differnece between the two is the currents month earnings…..and about the 5th of the month I will notice the Earned and Paid parts match until the new months earnings start adding in…….On June 10th we should of recieved the MAY commissions and by now we should be getting the JUNE commissions. My quick summary appears correctly but I have no payments made since MAY for the APRIL commissions. This the same sitaution as you???
I have emailed them three times and I got no response. They sent a newsletter out three days ago explaining that they were going to continue the 40% flat commissions for all players and all affiliates this month again….so either they aren’t having finincial problems or they are lol…but why arent they responding?
Are you owed 2 months WUFU?
July 4, 2004 at 12:22 am #651418AnonymousInactiveYes chips, I am owed for 2 months. Last month’s never updated properly and I thought it was a glitch, the 10th came and went (june) and no payment. So now I am owed for may AND june. I too got the newsletter and thought it was a good sign, but no changes on the stats and no reply to my email as of yet.
July 4, 2004 at 12:38 am #651422AnonymousInactiveDitto.
In fact look carefully the stats have been frozen now for a while.
July 4, 2004 at 12:43 am #651423AnonymousInactiveright, that’s what I mean, no changes and no payment! Terrible combo!
July 5, 2004 at 6:34 pm #651522AnonymousInactiveRecieved May’s payment on June 8 via neteller
They are one of the first to pay(on time)
Email response not to good.July 6, 2004 at 3:54 am #651541AnonymousInactiveWell the good news is the stats have unfrozen, maybe we’ll be paid this month, chipsfor.
July 6, 2004 at 7:35 pm #651571AnonymousGuestthey hurt themselves by not paying last month. I was looking for a new program and it came down to Vegas affs or referspot.
after reading this thread, guess who’s in the lead for winning that race?
July 6, 2004 at 7:39 pm #651572AnonymousInactiveBB – Go with referspot DEFINATELY go with REFERSPOT.
The situation with not getting paid was a miscommunication between the casinos, myself and referspot and has been somewhat resolved…….I would still recommend them to anyone wondering over ANY program I have ever dealt with. They have consistently performed the best out of all my programs and they have the best customer service/promotions in the business ( i can attest as a player too)
If you wanna be a superstar you can use my link to sign up too lol!

July 6, 2004 at 7:45 pm #651573AnonymousInactivebb1, seriously do go with referspot. I too had a misunderstanding. Those darn stats are so confusing and that WAS th problem, other than that they are VERY high performance. I will be getting paid all that is owed per referspot’s reply to me today!
July 7, 2004 at 1:14 am #651582AnonymousInactiveI’ll believe it when I see it. I’ve been waiting 5 weeks for an audit which has either not been performed or the results being held back from me.
Not good. But I am not holding my breath and their advertising was removed from day 1 pending the results anyhow.
July 7, 2004 at 1:33 am #651583AnonymousInactiveLet us know if they proved worthy
July 7, 2004 at 3:18 am #651585vladcizsolMemberI don’t come away from this thread with a warm and fuzzy feeling about Referspot.
For weeks people complain they havent been paid. This “problem” spanned two months worth of commission and the program WASNT responding to numerous email requests for support. Then BAM! suddenly it’s all a misunderstanding and the same affiliates are now practically begging people to join up…. :huh2:
Add to that the fact that Referspot has obviously read the complaints and forwarded some sort of response to these affiliates, yet they didnt bother to respond publically or explain what this misunderstanding was….
Totally frigging bizarre if you ask me…..
:crazy:July 7, 2004 at 3:36 am #651586AnonymousInactiveWell, in speaking for myself, it only took them 3 days to reply to my email to them (review this thread to see when I emailed them.) The ‘misunderstanding’ was on my end. I was NOT owed 2 months of commissions only June. The problem was, I didn’t realize I had to make $250 or better to get paid again and that was the problem for non-payment in May. I read the stats wrong, as they are confusing. Believe me or not I guess. But I am not the one who put my affiliate tag here for someone to sign up. I have no other reason to ‘beg’ someone to join them. Once again, I have been shot down for putting my 2 cents worth here. I can’t figure it out. Guess I’ll keep my thoughts to myself. I wanted to be a part of something here, but I guess there’s no room in your ‘click’ here, atleast for me. Thank for giving me the benefit of the doubt, yes BAM
