InactiveI am normally always a grand support of the affiliate programs themselves, but in this case I must say something.
Been following this post and never went to check my commissions and when I logged in today I noticed my commissions were down 90% of what they were over the past few months.
Since I have never made much money with them anyway I put this down to too few players. But after looking at it I have over 90 depositing players and I am making less than a $100, compared to $700 last month. Makes no sense and I am a little worried now as it is close to the end of the month…
Should I just hang with it and hope all will be sorted…? actually what can I do… as I have no way to prove what I am saying …? any suggestions…?

InactiveWe don’t even seem to be able to check our August stats any more… the new payments report has clicked over to September and there are no options for selecting the month in this report… if you try to go through archived reports, it says only valid for July or earlier.
Oh, and if you try to run the analytics report, choose a different month (say August) and hit submit and it instead loads the Acquisition report.
The competence level just seems to keep slipping lower and lower…

InactiveHey All,
These stats need to be fixed now. Referback, don’t you think you have done enough damage?September 1, 2005 at 12:38 am #672103Anonymous
InactiveIn order to see your August stats, go to the analytic report. It will automatically be set on Aug/Jul, just leave it that way and click to get report. I know, this is totally screwy but you can get your stats this way. Just be prepared for what you see.

InactiveLast month I made 0,16$ – this month so far I have made 0.32$.
In a normal month I´m earning around 150$…
Its really funny that my players have left me so suddenly!

InactiveWell … it does depend on your customers …
I’m a newbie to Casinos / Poker … but have done a lot of promotion for BET365 a solid Euro sports book. Their stats show profits by source and it does change markedly at this time of the year (summer holidays) for European clients …
Here is my 5 month summary.
May … Huge for sports. OK for Casino. A little bit of poker.
June .. Quiet everywhere.
July … Big for poker
Aug … Huge for Casino / Sports. Good for Poker
Sep … Huge for Casino / Sports. Where did my poker players go ???Poker specifically :
M 94.26
J 27.29
J 778.60 :woohoo:
A 190.66
S 1.92
And that’s with over 440 registrations and 180 active customers.
So some seasonal variation is plausible …September 10, 2005 at 11:01 am #672685Anonymous
InactiveI think there’s something seriously going down at Referback. Both my Aff managers have left over the summer, all my stats have nosedived and the new terms seem to be stating that ReferBack are re-positioning themselves in the market, with affiliates seemingly no longer important.
Right now, it all adds up to a big big warning sign in my book and until these things are all sorrted and clear, I’m promoting elsewhere. I do hope they can address this and get back to what they once were, but for now, it’s not looking good for us. Not good at all.
Cheers
Simmo!
