I´m having purchasing accounts in August but very low balance. I´m having more purchasing accounts for August than net revenue (never had something like this before).

Additional when I watch the new stats menu my traffic is different to the old stats menu.

The stats are TOTALLY unbelievable. These are the lowest earnings I have EVER had while working with Referback and are indeed lower than ANY other casino I work with by a WIDE margin.

    :madat: :nono:

Mine are at about 40% of normal but I stopped promoting them when the new T&C’s came in so i put it down to that.

I’m with all of you on this one. My earnings are extremely low this
month, and I’ve done quite well with this program over the years.

    Hi,

if by $1.38004 you mean less than usual…. :)

then yes, mine is definitely less than usual.

do you suppose this is an attempt to get us to back off?

if it is; its laughable. Ya, that’ll make me less likely to want to barbeque their asses.

… you know, I saw a picture of the CEO of belle rocke in their magazine the other day.

now no offense to him, because it would be offending myself as well, cause I like to party, but he looked like I do (most of the time – lol) , but anyway, he looked like me after a few days of hard partying and I couldn’t help but think a few things
    1. not sure if that would be the image I’d want for my casinos; I think I’d hire a spokesperson;
    2. I can more easily see how its possible all this unprofessionalism has come about; because when you breach contracts, don’t stay in communication with the very people that make you money to the point that they are now stopping making you money (if you’re gonna screw up and not take care of biz, that’s one thing, but its another when you let it slide to the point that RB has/is falling) … somebody needs to take a serious step back and take a few days to sober up and then take a fresh look at the train wreck they are going to see happen

realize this isn’t about ego, nor about proving to us affs who’s boss.

We gladly concede most anything. ….except getting screwed. And if forced, though we don’t want it because we lose as well, we can and will prove that just as easily as we made them, we can break them. At least to the point where they will wish anything they could get back to making as much money as they did pre “f#ck-the- affs” days.

but more and more it is becoming apparent that we will have to have that very thing happen in order to prove our resolve.

this whole situation still blows my mind. As Dom said but in much more fashion than I shall say now: there are some places that just out and out shave, cheat, screw, by what name or means its all the same; yet these places don’t catch any kind of hell since they do it without our “knowledge”.

sidenote – I think that description would fit many of the places that are our remaining choices in fact.

that I also think that the majority of the places that were trying to add these new terms are in fact guilty of the above.

so with that in mind, and most you vets know I’m right, geez especially about fortune and VP; both those places have always been a joke IMHO when it comes to bottom line.

And RB was (for me) for the longest of time…

but anyway, with that in mind, why bother with this crap at all?

even if they were trying to get rid of us; wouldn’t it have been smarter to just turn off our stats and income and let us figure it out on our own, slowly… all the while still bringing in traffic from the die-hards that don’t update their sites regularly, …. instead of going out of their way to not only practically announce the end of their aff program (because that is essentially what they are doing if they insist on keeping these rediculous terms; how many newbies do you think will jump at the idea of not getting paid on first deposits? Only the older vets will have the experience to know that is not really where a large part of our income will come from)

and we, at least speaking for myself, I am not staying because they’re breaching contract and of course, that six month rule which cannot be justified no matter what twist they put on it. Now who wants to see their players returned to the “available to sign up” list? …. making the target audience much wider…

give me a break and a double shot of stupid to get that one down!

New coke. that’s all I can think of. The guy that came out with the idea to replace the old Coca-Cola recipe with something new.

He surely must be behind this thinking as well.

    Hi all,

We are listening to your concerns and we are checking our reporting to ensure that the stats are correct. This may take a few days so we beg for your patience in this regard.

This is silly, everyone knows they are not correct.

Either that or it sure as heck is totally unprofitable to promote Referback anymore.

I want thank each and everyone here for their imput. It is obvious that the stats are not correct to say the least.

Wayne, this surely is a bad time for Referback to have screwed up stats on top of the new t/c. Referback needs to correct this problem asap as well as change back to the old t/c.

Sorry, but something seems very fishy here! Is this a snow job or what? 😮

I reckon when they bump us all up to 60% of normal we will be happy and they can party in Vegas with the remaining 40%! Either that or they will turn the switch back on and claim they are the best at working with affiliates.

One things for sure they will never be back on my sites again!

WayneBeg all you want, but patience is running out, fast. Why does it need to take a few days to investigate? It’s August 19th. Have you seen the Captain’s poll above? If nearly 90% of the people have been experiencing extremely low earnings for 19 days already, something must be wrong. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this out.

Many people are getting fed up with this waiting game. It should not be necessary to wait for such a long time, especially when it comes to making sure commissions are being calculated properly. The stats have been broken for almost 3 weeks now — since August 1.

I suggest you get your $#!% together and get the stats fixed ASAP. Referback doesn’t have much going for it anymore, thanks to your retroactive and shitty new terms and conditions, and your failure to address the broken stats could be the final nail in your coffin.

Excuse my harshness, but I think this issue needs to be addressed now, not later.
