InactiveI didn’t get banned for being disapproved. I don’t think that will happen. I got banned for breaking their T&C’s on a daily basis. For instance I would put up a site that sold books about online poker and then after it was approved I’d sneak a few poker room links on the site and see how long it took them to catch on. All just fun and games!

supervinceMemberAds are disapproved for violating the terms. If you keep repeating the same violation then they will ban you after a few times. If they disapprove your ad for a specific reason and you run the ad again without fixing what they disapproved it for, then you are likely to get banned. When you do get banned, you wont realize it right away. All your campaigns will just stop displaying even though they say they are running.

yellarMemberSeems they manually approve the gambling keywords now, not just the ad if it had a gambling keyword in it.

giftorgbestMemberGambling sites violate the terms and conditions of Google Adwords. will be punished if you keep re-submitting your gambling sites to Google Adwords.

bsmartMemberHow about those sites that are simply landing pages, then they send you gambling links via email? Isn’t this pretty much the same thing?
560plusfree.com?!

Reply With QuoteThat’s called T&C Loopholes. That site mentions nothing about online gambling :terms:

bsmartMemberOK, fair enough…
What about this google ad:
Free Cash on 1st Deposit
Weekly €100 Reload Bonuses €,€,€ Sign Up. Play on a Plum Site.
w…PlumGaming.comThis ad came up when searching ‘Video Slots’ in Google.
This is surely not allowed? Or have the rules changed?
(sorry, I shouldn’t be so lazy and look it up myself)

InactiveIt is definately not allowed – Even if it wasn’t pointing to a gambling site as it repeats € for no reason – You get in trouble for too many !!! as well. I have heard mixed stories on how people get up there from changing the landing page when the google office is open?? to the fact that Google will still work with a very small number of companies that were big with them before they updated their t&c’s .
I think anyone who has found a loop hole is unlikely to post it as I am sure they are doing pretty well out of it and would rather others don’t do that as well and draw attention to it.

InactiveI’m sure there are people who start new adwords account full-time just to exploit the few lucrative hours their ads will stay up for. Remember when the cpc was up to $10 when it was legal?
