Inactivehummmm
i realy doubt if this is related…..i did get an answer about my adwords acount 2 years ago, because of multiple disaproved ads…
Quote:It has come to our attention that despite multiple disapprovals, you have
repeatedly submitted ads that violate our Editorial Guideline…

This only concerns our advertising and in no way affects the
search results we deliver. Google offers broad access to content across
the web without censoring results.

Inactiveinteresting. Hope it is true. I will wait a few more days to see if it reapears in the index. been there for about a year.

supervinceMemberYeah I don’t think its related. I have had close to 100 adwords accounts banned and the domains I used in the campaigns were never removed from google’s index. I’ve never even had any domains banned from adwords just the account disabled and I could still set up other campaigns for the same domain on another account.

InactiveI have heard of affiliates being banned in the search engines regarding a submission to Google Adword. This is normally done after they view your site and it is unsuitable, political or another reason to be listed in google. When you are using Google Adword/sense you have a human visitor/employee of google viewing your site and sometimes they will raise a concern of your site and get it sandboxed, un-indexed or simply deleted.
These are unrelated incidents though and you just fast tracked your site by a human editor viewing your site. Remember you can appeal this if you feel your site has not violated any of googles t&c’s and generally win.

@Rob472:
How do you open so many adwords acounts??
Don’t you need a different credit card for each one?

Inactivethanks guys. well when i was testing… the keywords all said active and they were GOOD keywords and i had them on like a dollar a piece and 50dollars a day limit. 3 days later no impressions no clicks.
I think they have an internal database that will simply not run the ad if it triggers any of the word or phrases.

InactiveIf you are resubmitting your site do a thorough check to make sure you have not violated any terms and conditions before resubmitting as you only get one real chance at this.
The resubmit and wait… and wait…

InactiveOK. I understand that some of you have been able to re-join adwords. How? I’ve tried several times and have gotten turned down. The first time was with my gambling site, which I understand. However, I’ve also tried getting ads, etc. placed with my herbal sites using a different email and I still got turned down. How do you do it?

owldeath2MemberI don;t see how Adwords can affect SEO – that was my worry too but I have investigated a bit, not that I actually do PPC. – but otherwise anyone (they’d have to be pretty dark and horrible) could do PPC for one of their competitors if this was the case to get their competitors thrown out the natural searches and that would be wrong and unfair and I’d imagine (not in our industry!) that some could resort to such tactics to get rid of the competition, presumably that is why Google view them as two seperate things

InactiveI think Google Adwords has banned me for life. I pushed it way too far with them for years before they stopped displaying gambling keywords altogether.
I’ve tried to get other non gambling sites listed but they just ignore them. I’ve called and emailed several times over the years with no return response. Different cc’s, isp’s, computers, nothing works. I suppose I could use someone elses cc and name but I’m not that desperate. Yahoo isn’t as well searched but it works fine for now.
Oh ya, it never did affect my natural listings on Google.

InactiveI’ve been using adwords for years and had a good few disapproved ads, how many times do you have to be disapproved before they ban you?
