InactiveI got a letter from Click2pay saying I had to remove any mentioning of them on my site. Their reason….they didn’t want to be associated with online gambling.

So now they’re saying that you can’t even tell your players that they’re NOT an option.

InactiveMy problem with click 2 pay is this , I opened my account before they closed out to new US accounts . I validated my account and sent them in the info they wanted.
Then i linked it to my bank account , made there miserable $92 deposit just to get going so i can get more stars . Used the instant deposit , money went right into account , i deposited that $$ into a casino , approved everything fine . Look at my bank statement and see click 2 pay took out the 92 + like 7 for there fees , Ok everything fine.
Now i log into my click2pay as its been 7 days and want to see if i have more stars and i go to the deposit page and i see that im allowed to depsoit -92 , seems there saying i owe them 92$ , Cant figure out why as my bank already paid them and i have a statement showing they took it from my account.
As you all know they do not answer the phones right now as there busy , and email support is a joke

nick777MemberI am sure that you can open an account for porn, purchase wine, buy cigarettes. Therefore, you can drink youself to death while getting down and dirty while sucking down cigarettes, but can’t play poker.
Good lord…:rasta:

Try this number – US TOLLFREE : 1-888-254-2729. I have called a few times (as recently as yesterday) and got through with only a 2 minute wait.
As for them not accepting US accounts, well that is their public stance, privately they still are. Though clearly they are in disarray.

InactiveI am posting this from the GPWA this was posted by Rick Universal4 and I have his permission to copy and paste it here.
Well, I opened a C2P account 1 day after Meri did.
Since they had a small issue with my ID because my drivers license has a P O Box address on it, it took 1 extra day to verify my account and then I immediately requested a debit card.
This put my account opening and progress exactly 2 days behind Meri’s account progress.
She got her debit card and mine will NOT be coming as they no longer process requests for debit cards from US Residents. (this was well over a week ago)
I actually already have money in my account and the withdraw option is not there.
NOTE: I just got off the phone with Click2Pay Customer Service.
They told me that withdraws are being processed right now as a wire only, in minimums of $1500. You must send the swift details to a specific email address that I forgot to write down.
In the future they hope to add the regular withdraw options back on the accounts. (They claim this is due to a technical issue that their technicians are working on….too bad they aren’t honest about that one…)
They said in the furture they hope to allow new requests for debit cards and are not saying for sure if they will allow them but they aren’t saying for sure they won’t.
We shall see…
Rick
