InactiveI saw this tonight also — frustrating for sure. I just spent a good part of the day contacting aff managers with my new Click2Pay details. If I can’t withdraw money from C2P….. :madat:
Hopefully the withdrawal functionality will return in a few days. (Though I have no clue why they would remove it in the first place).

Is enybody else having this problem or is it just US accounts? They won’t take any US calls any more, just email. I send one and they said it will be put back shortly, but don’t say how long it will take.
I don’t now what to think about this.Anybody nows anything ?
WOW, first neteller decides to screw americans and now click2pay is going to steal funds as well? These companies are only going to make the DOJ and bushies look right on par with their corruption theories if they dont release the monies which are not theirs real soon.

You can’t call them on the phone? Well yes sir, that’s the one I want to have my affiliate payments go to. This is turning out to be a real freak show.

It has been my understanding the banks quit neteller, and that is why they cant move the money. I wonder if this is now what click2pay is experiencing?

InactiveApparently this message was there last week. A friend was able to call them and a recording said it was a ‘technical problem’ involving only US accounts. Since then, they’ve cut off all contact.
I’d hate to think they’re going to bail and take the cash with them but I don’t think now would be a good time to have your affiliate payments go to C2P.

InactiveI had a player report tonite that they could not withdraw with their debit card also. I don’t want my funds stuck there either!

InactiveFrom their CS, such as it is.
Dear Sir,
Thank you for contacting the CLICK2PAY Service Team.
We have currently removed the withdrawal option in your CLICK2PAY Account but will reinstate it in a short period of time.
However, it is possible to withdraw funds by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Please be advised that we will need your banking details to initiate the transfer so if you have not registered a bank account with CLICK2PAY you must include your banking details in your email. The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 1,500.
We thank you for your cooperation and apologize for the inconveniences caused.
Should you have further questions about the information given above, please reply directly to this email, including our original text and ticket number. This will help us to deal with your inquiry much faster.
Please note: CLICK2PAY will never ask you via e-mail to disclose your login details on the Internet or to disclose or confirm your login details via telephone or fax.
Thank you for using CLICK2PAY.
Kind regards
Claudia Braune

InactiveI just got off the phone with Click2Pay — they told me that the withdrawal ability will return in a few days.
The $1,500 minimum withdrawal seems quite high. It won’t be a problem for me, but I don’t understand why it needs to be so high. I suppose when you’re one of the only payment processors left, you can do whatever the hell you want. :hmmm:

Hopefully they as well as neteller will get it back up and working soon so that we can rest better.

GuestI’m actually glad now that I never got signed up with C2pay.
just how much flakier can they possibly get?
$1500 minimum. rediculous.
everything about them seems to be so small-time I’d never recommend them to my players at this point. even if they were the last option. I guess I’d be having to shut down because I’m not about to recommend a place that has shown the business sense and approach to things as this place.

Not only that they want financial info sent via email.

InactiveThe more I learn about Click2Pay the more I feel they are not a reliable option. I think I will steer clear.
