Thanks Simon I think that is an excellent idea.
I personally think Prism has a very attractive front end and the banners I viewed with Connie were very nice also. I am a fan of RTG software and would welcome another quality property to promote. I hope in a few months time that Prism appears on my network, when it does people will be sure it’s made the grade!

September 4, 2003 at 3:55 pm #639773AnonymousInactiveProfessor,
This did come to the attention of Prism and it was someone pointing the finger before knowing all the facts.
The poster later posted this article on 09-03-2003 04:18 PM: (please do a search in the thread posted)
I’m back just to say,
I formerly apologized to Prism Pitboss, the web master and everyone else who logs onto this other forum, for making that forum a battle ground. And for lying about the amount of unauthorized charges,
It is sad to say that some people are quick to jump to conclusions when they do not have all the facts.
I do hope this clears it up.
September 4, 2003 at 4:41 pm #639774vladcizsolMemberHi Simon if you read down further the poster claims there are unauthorized charges on her card and that she cant determine if its Prism or the processor Prism uses making the unauthorized charges. Heres what she wrote:
Quote:Yes!
‘Unauthorized’ charges were debited against my bankcard listing eztp.net and AVP Solutions being the two main ones, there are 2 or 3 more, but these two has the most charges listed on my bank statement.EZTP said the charges were put through from ProcMoney/Prism, AVP said theirs was put through from Graphix Softech.
EZTP and AVP gave me their contact number to the company who put through these charges (two completely different numbers)so I could inquire about the charges , Virtual Casino (which is Prism) answered to both numbers.
The exact same place I recently had 3 conversations with a Sandra who said she would find out what was going on.
Then all at once, a man starts answering the phone saying no Sandra worked there.
The last call I made to them, after saying
who I was, the man hung up on me after putting me on hold for several minutes .Prism said it was their e-pocessors that done it, and the processors says and/or points to Prism of doing it.
The blame is being put off on each other.
It doesnt look there is closure on the issue, or am i missing something?
September 4, 2003 at 5:23 pm #639776AnonymousInactiveHi Professor,
This case is closed and the payment processor which is a third party and does not belong to us did screw up, and she did have a right to be angry.
Since then Prism came down on the payment processor heavily and this lady was compensated and the issue was closed.
I will get an official statement posted of what went on from Prism Casino.
September 4, 2003 at 11:08 pm #639779vladcizsolMemberThanks Simon
That makes life much easier. When these problems go unanswered it sends a very bad message to other potential players and webmasters. One more request. At Casinomeister Prism is listed as a Rogue Casino. Are you guys working witgh Bryan on getting off that damned list?
September 4, 2003 at 11:26 pm #639780AnonymousInactiveProfessor,
You have worked with me in the past and I am the first to say I hate dishonesty and so do you, which is quite rightly said.
Prism Casino is working with Bryan on getting removed off the list, there is an open line of communication between Prism and Bryan. There have been many wannabe Bryan’s out there that simply just copy content from his website and that is why the ‘rogue list’ is on several sites.
Should any players have any concerns that they feel need addressing then the casino will address them with priority.
Email: support@prismcasino.com.
Prism Casino has a good honest bunch of guys working for them, and recently has hired the best int he industry as they do have a solid player base who are loyal and are looking into the future.
Occasionally issues pop up like any other casino, and sadly because of Prism’s previous administration not been that great a few years ago (over three years ago) it blackened what is a fantastic casino.
I am working as an affiliate consultant with Prism Affiliates and should any affiliate feel they have not had any issues addressed correctly by them then by all means email me.
Also check out http://www.prismaffiliate.com for yourself and make up your own mind.
September 5, 2003 at 7:17 pm #639786vladcizsolMemberThanks Simon.
The lady at WOL, Jinnia, still seems unsatisfied. I hope that will all get sorted out. Also keep me posted on progress with Bryan. The stigma of being labeled a Rogue is unneeded baggage.
I would love to promote you guys once it looks like the casino has picked up a clean bill of health.
September 5, 2003 at 7:28 pm #639788AnonymousInactiveHi Professor,
Being labelled as a Rogue Casino is bad pub. for all, and I agree this needs to be addressed.
Please be rest assured as I previously stated we are working with them and clearing up all outstanding issues.
The lady at WOL has a right to be dissatisfied as the payment solution messed up, but corrected immediatly by Prism. She has been in contact with the PitBoss and everything is cool now.
