OK Im getting mad – it is six months and I am owed nearly $7500 from Prism. I have bent over backwards to be nice – I have offered to accept installments, I have offered alternate payment methods – I have done my best not to take it out on Nic as I believe he is trying to help.
Over thirty emails have been completely ignored – I finally get a message from Nic – firstly he cannot see how much I am owed – this appears to have been sorted out as the system is updated – I have screenshots of all my earnings month by month, then saying Prism tried to send me a part payment but it was refused by Neteller – Neteller have no record of this transaction ever being sent.
I have played by the rules and been nice – now Im going to play things my way. I am sick to death of affiliates being treated like this – we have bills to pay and mouths to feed too – affiliate programs seem to think they have the right to pay when and where they like these days – they take deposits off my players and wont give me what I am owed. They ignore affiliates and take the p*ss out of us. There is something very wrong here.
