InactiveWHAT? I got the same email! you mean he didn’t write all 7 million of us custom letters? :roflmao:
I wanted to add that I thought McCain’s concession speech was as good and nearly as important as Al Gore’s in 2000. He was a class act tonight, that’s why people liked him in the first place.

LOl Actually he does have folks that will be working with some of us from the campaign so we will see.

McCain made me proud of him today and I do hope that Obama finds a good position for him because he deserves it.

The pictures on Jesse Jackson were very moving my wife and I both fought to hold back the tears.
I though McCain was all class in his speech. Good on him.

It would be really cool to have some voice from our industry itself and not those ones decide about our business who don’t know sh*t about our industry and just want to save their interests.November 5, 2008 at 1:37 pm #785508Anonymous
InactiveI’ve been watching coverage from all over the world, and it seems people are celebrating for us everywhere. It’s important what others think about our intentions. That they see we are not bad people.
Obama’s election means to me that honesty and integrity mean something again. Hate is not acceptable. Stealing and lying should not be tolerated by anyone, and those who do those things should be called out for it.
No, I’m not talking about Shangi-La, but I am talking about an attitude that has changed, and will continue to change so long as we work together to make it happen.
Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be. This is the interrelated structure of reality. = Martin Luther King, Jr.

FedodropsMemberI can’t quite understand why the US system keeps the old guard in power for a further 3 months following the election results.
Let’s hope Mr Bush has no opportunities for misbehaviour in the meantime.
