I agree this is getting boring, but as I said i am very loyal to my merchants and I will stand up and fight for them if i think they are right.
I was mistaken I made an offer to makeutap247, if do have PNR on yours sites let talk focus both of our efforts on making some $$$$$ rather that scrapping over a T&C that in my view is now fine.

They don’t? Party Poker made me wear their logowear. I instead sold the seat solely on that reason. Also Absolute Poker did the same thing to me. I thought logowear was a common clause. Maybe not?

I hear you, but as a rakeback site owner and poker player my first loyalty is to the the poker players.. the terms and conditions affect them mostly, that’s where i was coming from.
as for focusing on making $, yep that sounds good to me.. Let’s make the turkey a fat one this year
