Something I have noticed with other wires is the “middle man” bank seems to be holding funds for a few extra days, my thought is they do this to draw interest before passing it on, and some banks(mine don’t) will hold it another day or so before adding it to your account. What a pain.

I don’t know how long everyone else has been waiting, but i have been waiting since the 6th. And i have been told numerous times, that it can take up to 21 “working days” to hit my bank!!!…so i can expect payments to be a month behind every month?

    Hi Guys,

An update on your specific payments: The good news is that I received feedback. The bad news is that it wasn’t the answers I / We were looking for.

For those who were sent their payments via ACH, are in the states and haven’t received them, the processor came back to us saying they were unable to process them. It is uncertain if this is just in this case, or in every case, but none the less, they have substituted this option with sending you a check today instead.

While I know this is not ideal, and I know what your thinking ‘Oh no, not more delays’, believe me our guys have been giving them uphill about this  , it is what it is and your money is on its way.

I do apologize for the inconvenience caused. We remain ever committed to serving our affiliates in every possible way we can and will continue researching viable and long term solutions.

I will email each of you, on a case by case basis, to give you a heads up about your payment.

If anyone has any queries, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Gordon

alright, i have a problem with all the “honesty”

I had a cashout on March 2nd and i have been waiting and talking with your customer service, now, i was told a week and a half ago, that all ach’s that were processed after the 7th, were returned and sent as a check, and that my ach, was cleared because it took place before the 6th, and that all cash ins and affiliate monies in the future would have to be sent by mail????

Now here you come, saying that you “just” found out that the ach’s have to be sent out as checks, and this just happened today???????….who is lieing, and who is telling the truth??…to me, the cs was telling the truth because what they said a week ago is what is happening now, so why weren’t these mailed a week ago?> why are they just being sent now, if you all care so much about us affiliates/??

I have a great relationship [ or had ] with grand prive and its managers, but , enough is enough, we deserve the truth about our payments, and not this hide and seek crap.

so whats the truth, did you know for over a week already that we were not getting achs’???? did mine go through like i was told because it was before the processor stopped or is mine also in the mail now???? and if it is, i want some explaintion as to why i was not told earlier so i would not be sitting here like an asshole checking my account everyday for nothing

    Hi Pat,

Your post was a little bit disconcerting as it sounds like your accusing me of something? I apologize if at times things are not absolutely clear and straight forward. As you can imagine, we deal with more than one processor and multiple affiliates, each case can vary, so it is difficult to make a summarised post that deals with everyones enquiry . If its not clear, you need to please let me know so I can help out. I am more than happy to explain or go into more detail if needed.

As for your payment, there was no payment sent for March. The mininum payment threshold was not reached and therefore your balance will be carried forward to be taken into consideration for April’s commissions.

If you have any queastions, please feel free to contact me at any time.

    Best Regards,
    Gordon

    Gordon,
My payment i am talking about is not an affiliate payment, its a cashout for 1500$ and i just found out yesterday that yes, i was lied to, and it was not sent out like i was told, it was not sent out until the 18th and it was sent by snail mail, so now i have another 10 days to wait, so i have been waiting since the 2nd of april for this cashout , and have been told different stories everytime i inquired about it. and as far as getting a hold of you, when i call, you are not reachable, so i speak with the cs’s , who , i believe when they tell me whats going on.

so, no, i am not accusing you of anything, i am stating the facts that first..

    on the 2nd i made a cashout.
was told it was sent out by ach on the 6th,
was told on the 12th, that it was on its way, to be patient, that ach’s could take up to 21 days, and they checked [ ?] on my payment and said it was fine.
then i call back 4 days later, and i am told that all ach’s were not going through, except for the ones that were paid before the 6th [ which included me] so mine was not effected

then i call a few days later, and i am being told that , oh no, my ach came back from your processor and was now sent out by check on the 18th.

Do you blame me for not believing what i hear now/??????

    Hi Triple777’s,

I don’t think it’s really fair to compare the affiliate payment promises and information, side-by-side with casino/player payment promises and information and say that one of them are lying if affiliate and player information wasn’t identical. They aren’t identical. For example, you can’t deposit at the casino via Ecocard or cashout via Ecocard. But you can be paid affiliate earnings that way.

Why are you placing mistrust on the affiliate payment situation based on the casino payments?

I’ve never once had a problem with my Referspot payments. In light of the current situation with the U.S., it’s not just Referspot but pretty much all the MGS Affiliate groups are not able to ACH payments to the U.S. very easily.

I do have to say this is the 1st month that Referspot has had any issues with payments for affiliates and I know they will get us paid. Not fair to bring in a player payment problem BUT it concerns me that maybe my players are having the same issues and may not play here anymore.

    Hi Deara and Bonus,

i am comparing affiliate payments and player cashouts , because they are being processed the same. I mean ach payments are for us and players and all of us are waiting on checks now because the ach’s are not going through. i mean how many of us here where waiting on a ach payment just to be told we now are getting paid by check?

i really do not have any thing else bad to say about grand prive, lord knows i love everyone over there, but i am very very frustrated, that i have had to wait over 22 days for a payment, which i was told numerous times, was on i ts way. and lord knows once the mail gets here, my bank will make sure i wait another 10 days before the clear a check for another state of country.

and also, we all know that referspot and casino cashins, are all processed through the finance and casino cashiers. and if neteller or firepay or ach’s don’t work for one, they are not working for the other either.

I won’ t complain anymore, i will just sit and wait, and take all the reasons i am given at face value.

Referspot, Gordon, nothing against you hun, i know this is all my countries damn fault, but , i feel i should of been updated about my payment from the casino when they realized the info they told me was incorrect.

and also, we all know that referspot and casino cashins, are all processed through the finance and casino cashiers. and if neteller or firepay or ach’s don’t work for one, they are not working for the other either.

The banking for players and what’s available for affiliates can be the same, but aren’t always. And especially with ACH right now, it’s not always the same. Some programs are paying affiliates using methods that can’t be used for players anymore. And like I mentioned previously, Eco is not in Prive’s banking area but is available for affiliates. Some places cannot ach cashouts but look at advertising payments (affiliate payments or media buys) differently.

All I’m trying to say is that I don’t think Gordon or Customer service was trying to lie to anyone regarding ACH. Their processor is the one that says no, or eventually seems to hold up the show I think. The same processor that the majority of the Micros use. It’s also possible that not all departments, Referspot and the call center for the casino, receive updates from DC at the same time. I really have a lot of faith in Referspot when it comes to getting my payments to me. I think they’ve only been late with my payment once ever, if that.

The problems now are not theirs, but one that’s affecting many casinos. One Micro with an excellent repuation, from another program here, still has outstanding ach payments from January to some affiliates.

Has anyone received their checks via mail yet? Just would like an idea on how long it takes as we have not received ours yet.

    Thanks
