This payment finalizes EOL liability to you in regards of your EmpirePoker revenues and terminates our EmpirePoker agreement (you will no longer be paid for your Empire Poker revenues). This means they’re paying a pittance to settle this dispute. Was the payment amount reasonable, or was it a slap in the face?

If they have no compunctions about screwing over their affiliates, then they obviously would have no compunctions about screwing over customers and/or investors either.
BEWARE ! anyone having any association with these scumbags in any way BEWARE !

InactiveSpoke to Hemant from party gaming. What he told me… is that if any of us have issues about this to email them and they will take care of it. I’m not sure how they would take care of it since they are all ready well aware of the issue.
The explanation I was given was that party bought out empire and that party did not have access to the affiliate database and is therefore unaware of how much they owe affiliates and they cannot make payments because of this.
I’m of course not buying this because Empire poker was a skin of party gaming. And let’s not forget that party gaming basically forced empire poker to get out of the business with how they treated their main licensee. I dont think that this should be forgotten.
