InactiveEven if they now said that are really sorry, and that they will honor the affiliate agreement, I would no longer be at ease…
Dom, the links you pasted in your blog aren’t working because they were compressed for being too big.

InactiveI just don’t understand their silence.
Instead of building relationships like Satya used to do, the current people say nothing and let everyone speculate as to what they may be up to. Affiliates have been assuming the worst for months now – no one ever shows up and talks like a human being.
It’s all canned…

InactiveI was contacted eariler today by a rep from Empire who wanted me to promote thier brands. Of course I kindly informed them that wouldn’t be touching them with a barge pole after the partygaming issue:
to my surprise she replied with:
I have enclosed the announcement placed on our affiliate website for your information. As you can see, we still pay all our affiliates and will continue to do so. I would suggest if any of your associates have any problems or complaints to contact me and I would be glad to help.
announcement:
Dear Affiliate,
We would like to inform you that as part of the agreement made between Empire Online and Party Gaming, we will be getting the activity stats for players who joined Empirepoker.com up until 14th February 2006.
These stats will be available on your Tradal account to see and will be updated daily as per usual.
This means that you will be paid for your players’ activity as before and will be able to track their performances on a daily basis.
Payouts will be done as usual, along with your standard traffic fees.
*Please note that this will only include players that registered before 15th Feb, 2006*We apologize for the uncertainty and inconvenience that has happened in the last couple of weeks, but may we assure you of our commitment to deliver good business and high value into our partnership.
For any question, please contact your affiliate manager or email us at [email protected].
Kind Regards,
The Tradal TeamIs this true? :hmmm:

InactiveIt’s apparently what was agreed upon in the sale – what’s missing as far as I can tell is the casinos.

vladcizsolMemberIf Affiliates are being paid as usual for their Empire Players just like they always were then this is HUGE NEWS and not at all what we had heard up to now.
Why did Party and Tradal not announce this?
Dom the reason we suspended Party Partners certification was because affiliates WERENT going to be paid for their exisiting players. Now you are telling me they WERE going to be paid all along?

InactiveThere are no announcements anyplace other than what you see when you login to tradal.
I didn’t even get any mail abut it.
It apparently takes care of Empire affs for the time being, but the casino players that were part of the deal also have disappeared still.
The deal wasn’t just about Empire, it included all Iglobal properties, including the two casinos that have been combining players from 4 previous casinos.
I have inquired at Tradal about this but received no answer.
So this is a partial solution, and there have been posts on CAP about it for a few days.
Not sure how permanent it is either.

InactiveHere’s what showed up in my account today:
In light of our successful and fruitful cooperation during the Empire Poker campaign, we would like to inform you of a special campaign termination payment that has been credited to your account.
This payment finalizes EOL liability to you in regards of your EmpirePoker revenues and terminates our EmpirePoker agreement (you will no longer be paid for your Empire Poker revenues). This means they’re paying a pittance to settle this dispute.
