If you are profiting from someone’s trademark, they might smack you so hard, that you don’t get up. You need to educate yourself before you play this game. I say that in a friendly way.
Them not making some agreement now does not mean that they won’t have recourse later. OTOH, if they don’t protect a trademark, they can lose their protected status. That doesn’t happen in a few weeks.
You need to look into trademark issues, and you also need to look into UDRP proceedings.
If you made an agreement to sell, and they haven’t followed through, the first thing you should do is revoke your offer.

InactiveAs i stated in an earlier post , to protect yourself try trademarking the name yourself , spend a few dollars now and save yourself a headache in the future

Inactivefor anybody who’s curious, the domain in question is most likely cirrususcasino.eu. They will probably nail you on cirruscasinogames.com as well
as always just my two cents.
I edited this post – spelled cirrus wrong when I posted originally

InactiveSorry man, I can’t give the winning lottery numbers because I just deal with facts.
One question: are you the registered owner of cirruscasino.eu

InactiveI do you clown

Never called you a lier. Just said that you were wrong about this thread! And your previous post you didnt mention cirruscasino but cirrususcasino notice the “US” in between!
Go read the thread again… and youll see that either of the two domains dont fit in to what i want to use the domain in question for.
Again, cirrus knows about those domains they even had an eu landing page made for me months ago. Not using it now though.
I guess you are the clown. ok partially cause you were right about me owning them but not relavent to the thread
