Inactivewtf?
i guess will hill never had a good aff program so they are trying to ride on the back of someone else. it is also apparent that the nature of webroute’s relationship with cpays is finally made explicit :roflmao:

PngigdgaMemberHi Splinterfree – I knew that people would automatically jump to this conclusion, and I can still *explicitly* state that Webroute and Cpays are Two Separate Companies. Different management, different offices, different staff – *everything*. What is now apparent though, is that both companies are (or were) owned by the same person originally (although that person owns about 40 odd companies!)
Anyway, Its fantastic news for us.
For those of you that dont know, Webroute Services is the UK Marketing arm of Blackpool Club Casino.
The deal means that Webroute will cease to exist and will become William Hill Online, and will not only be promoting Blackpool Club in the UK, but also William Hill, *and* also all the current CPays brands (as far as I understand) in the UK too. Obviously this isnt going to happen overnight, and neither Affiliates or Players will experience any traumas whilst the changes are being made. All that will happen is that more offers and opportunities will be available as we move all the companies into one platform.
Its a massive deal and I am having lots of meetings today to try and understand the new structure, but the upshot is that in 6 months time there will be a new interface that allows affiliates to promote all the above brands through one company.
Obviously all this will take time, but if anyone has any questions then just post them here and I will try and answer them to the best of my ability. When I have more news and a better understanding then I will start a new thread and we can take it from there!
For those of you who are interested, here is one of the many news articles published this morning – http://www.cityam.com/index.php?news=23132

can’t really blame us, can you. they’ve fucked over so many people that everyone still holds a serious grudge against them…at least i do.

PngigdgaMemberTotally agree, they didnt seem to handle themselves very well did they. Anyway, you wont have to worry about them anymore, as from what I understand they will only be doing European promotions. We will be doing all the UK Aff Management here in London, so you can always work with me if you fancy it.
Should be exciting times ahead – William Hill have hardly any online presence (its like 10% of their revenue comes from online or thereabouts, so the joint venture and merger should benefit everyone).

escapeMemberTalking about marketing Blackpool Club, and sorry for a slight thread hijack (I just know there will be lots of attention to this thread) when is Blackpool Club Bingo (and the Casino) going to clarify to it’s users where it’s licensed? I’ve been assured you guys are registered in Alderney, in which case I would be giving you a lot more exposure. The site however still shows Kanhawake – which means either your customers are being misled, or I’ve been misled – with such a big brand on the books as Will Hill (albeit a fairly clueless one when it comes to affiliates) you’d think little details like that would be important…
October 20, 2008 at 11:40 am #783108
PngigdgaMemberHey Diobach – hope you are OK.
The situation is that we have been approved by Alderney for a White LIsting, and are waiting for them to actually allocate that to us so that we can put it on the website!
However, since the merger plans were started, Alderney kinda dragged their feet a little in the processing of the White Listing,(as you can imagine – all parties in the JV had to keep a low profile to stop any leaks in case the project was either hijacked or didnt come off etc.) and now we are in a JV with William Hill, we will be using their White Listing which is a Gibralter Licence.
So in a few months when everything is all settled down etc, expect to see the Khanawakee label removed from not only Blackpool Club, but also Eurogrand and all the old Cpays brands too.
Hope that answers your question!

InactiveWell since they are all in the same ‘family’ I hope someone can HELP me get CPays to pay the $12,700 that they owe me and have been promising to pay since 2006.
I’m not going to be happy until I’m paid what is rightfully mine so if there is ANYONE that can help me get that done, I’d greatly appreciate it.

Sorry to highjack your thread!

PngigdgaMemberWhooooooah!
Dont forget this isnt all gonna pull together for a few months so dont pull any banners yet – your campaign is still running through William Hill at the moment.
When everything is put together onto one platform, *thats* the time to decide your next move – dont deny yourself revenue yet.
However, in a few months when everything is moved to one platform, why dont you let me Account Manage you? There will be no Cpays any more, Webroute becomes William Hill Online and I can look after you on BlackPool Club, William Hill and all the old Cpays brands *if you want me to*.
Let it all pan out – in my opinion Affiliates are only going to get a better deal and level of service than ever before.
Also, the JV is between Playtech and William Hill, not Cpays and William Hill. Cpays are one of the companies being absorbed into the JV, and to be honest thats more than not likely because they have such a bad rep.
So in a few months, I can Account Manage you on up to about 15 brands.
However, let me get more specific info before we get running. Until then *nothing* will be changing on either William Hill, Webroute, Cpays or any of the other companies involved, so dont take down your banners yet

InactiveMany people dislike a name of Cpays,
Because Cpays is a fraud company.
In addition, There is part station of Cpays in the Philippines by the trace of the IP address.
Cpays is fraud company which stole tens of thousands of dollars from me.October 20, 2008 at 10:26 pm #783225
Rob472MemberYes, and you are not the only one.
Bad move by William Hill to even remotely associate themselves with this kind of scum.October 21, 2008 at 7:56 am #783279
PngigdgaMemberHey you guys.
If Cpays owes you money, then email me any documents that you have, or outline the case to me. As mentioned on another thread I am going to take personal responsibility in getting Affiliates money back so that we can all move forward and embrace William Hill Online instead of forever having dissenting voices muttering darkly in the corners of the Internet as to how William Hill online used to be Cpays etc
if you read the other threads about this, then beleive me when I say that everyone here at Webroute is very excited to be an integral part of this Joint Venture and *really* want everyone to be comfortable in the direction William Hill Online will be taking.
p.s – I am assuming that you are referring to Cpays as ‘scum’ not me….

Get used to it. William Hill – foot, meet shotgun. Commercial stupidity.
Sorry mate I feel for you (yes I was referring to cpays / ad-agency.com as the scum). Its like you’ve picked up and married a supermodel but have to move in and share the bedroom with her semi-literate, drunk, criminal little brother for the rest of your life.
