    Exactly what we got told.

Also I disgaree with anyone calling what is being said in this thread as a “rant” or “venting” – thats really out of order.

If nothing was said, there is no pressure for a solution. And it would send a message to programs, that this sort of behaviour is acceptable.

There is nothing right with telling advertisers that you have closed shop, only to continue to allow advertisers players to play, or re-market those players under a different banner.

I totally agree, these guys need a wake up call. We arent stupid and we have some numbers… personally Id like to find a more effective solution than just blacklisting alone.. I dont think that will get us paid.

    Any ideas guys? Im game…

I was called as well by John(stage name, real name who knows), was not told to not talk about it so I will talk about it.

I was not either. But it came pretty damn close to it. Best would be if nobody cried wolf, then money would be paid.

I was told a processor took off with funds. There is not enough money to pay the total to affiliates. I would get a % of what was actually due to us and no more.

I was told that too, before being told it was black friday, or casinos not allowed thus closing. It was after asking around a bit that this was said.

The affiliate program was done going out of biz and as far as I knew the casinos were DONE going out of biz as well! Now I am finding out that they are not going out and players are still allowed to play if this is the case then they are STEALING plain and simple.

I see you DO get my point.

I will have blacklisting and warning my forum members to stay away! I pride myself on helping my players when they have issues, I pride myself on sending players to a non rogue establishment to me BCP is no longer trustworthy!

BCP has died. It is the casinos themselves. I hope to think that the people from BCP are not to blame.

This is however not my main concern. I want a solution.

I think it is time to invite people from the casinos. And confront them.

    The way it stands:

    1. I firmly believe that Up until the 27th we should be paid in full.

    2. We are entitled to Lifetime commission is lifetime commission. Only for the fact that the casinos still make that revenue as per today. Unfortunately, they have in fact covered their a$$es for the future in their TOS. As IF they knew by forehand…

May I point out the TOS:

    Point 5: Upon termination:

    • You must remove our banner(s) from your website(s) and disable any links from your website to ours.
    • All rights and licenses given to you in this Agreement shall immediately terminate.
    • You will be entitled only to those unpaid Referral Fees, if any, earned by you on or prior to the date of termination. You will not be entitled to Referral Fees occurring after the date of termination.
    • If you have failed to fulfill your obligations and responsibilities, we will not pay you the Referral Fees otherwise owed to you upon termination.

Ok, so no future revenues from BCP. Cleverly taken care for. But, we should be paid in full. Up until the 27th. as per their own TOS. We should adhere to one point, then they should adhere the other. Right?

It is up to us to make the casinos feel they should not have done this. So, boycot them left right and center should they not come up with a good solution.

It is sick to know that law protects these ways of business for allowing companies to set TOS rules that will clear them from anything, even if they are the ones to blame.

Bottom line, as per TOS: we should get paid in full up until the day of termination.

The casinos have revenue, since they make it. So: Pay up. in full please.

I brought this thread to the attention of someone at BCP who basically said that at the time of presenting us with the “deal” similar to the above, that is what the casinos had told them they are prepared to do.

They claim they have no control over what the casinos do now.

Problem is we don’t even know who to communicate with. BCP shielded the casinos completely from affiliates.

By the way, Go Casino and Crazy Slots are still partners, or clients, of Casinoaffs.

    casinoaffs.com/Portfolio.aspx

Is anyone affiliated with them and learned more about the status quo of these two properties?

Wasn’t there a connection with Golden Palace?
Go Casino was originally “Golden Casino”

Does it now just remain like this? A few people writing it down but,

    Nothing ever happens?

Is this why we have this forum.

    To air our feelings?

Things like this don’t just happen over night! We have to get many others attention about this issue, there is power in numbers. Over the last 9 yrs that I have been around when we all come together it has taken a bit of time to organize things. This being the summer is not a help either many of us are enjoying time with family, the state of this industry is no help many have just tossed in the towel.

I think you need to get peoples attention to this thread so I suggest you get your friends and fellow webmasters to get over here to see what is happening.

    Thanks Bonustreak,

That is why i started the thread in the first place. And, the funny thing was, the above posts were not here as of yet at the time I posted my last comment.

I am hoping to see some weight in this case.

And, I am bumping the thread a bit as I think, it deserves ALL of our attention.

    Sick.

However… this has to do with the pure quality from their side I guess. I also see a Casinocoins casino there.

They clearly keep their site very nice and updated.

To me they look like to be sharing their own cpa’s on those casinos with other affiliates…

Not an official body at all.

    I could be wrong.

    Thanks,

You are right. I am left with just a skype number and the personal mobile # of my contact… And, all he talks about is everything, BUT the solution to this problem.

I am afraid, they cant even do anything at this point. So, we should.

The fact stands that as per point five on their TOS, we should be paid in full until the date the TOS agreement halts.

    That is the 27th.

    Not 50%, no, in full.

BTW, I have not seen a penny yet.

    Did You?

Yes there was/ is/ should be/ should not be

A maze is what it is/ was/ should never have been

    But yes.

The Jeff from BCP was the Jeff from Casinoblasters

The Lisa from BCP was the Lisa from Casinoblasters

I got it confirmed a few times over the phone too.

    And so on.

Remember when BCP started? The whole secrecy about it?

The US ban. Golden Casino came to light and BCP was a whoooole different organization than casinoblaster was / is/ should have been

Agreed, I’ve sent this onto CAP to see what can be done, and to get them to notify the greater public.

This is really a shame since they used to be one of my most profitable programs too.

Maybe the powers that be at CAP can help us come up with some type of solution to get this nipped in the bud now.
