You won’t get PR for a month or so.
Directory level has nothing to do with PR. Linking is all that matters.

system – now you can prevent outbound links from your
site to ‘Bad Environment’.Why would you want to conceal links to PageRank ™
zero sites? Linking to PR0 sites (a.k.a. Bad
Environment) will reduce the PageRank ™ of your site.
However, you may not care about PageRank ™ if you are
mostly interested in link exchange for the marketing
value in it.When someone exchanges links with you, the system
automatically checks the PR of the destination page.
If it is ZERO then the other site is
shown in your links directory as a textual URL
and not as a link. Once the PageRank ™ of the page
becomes greater than zero, the system automatically
changes the text to a link.The PageRank ™ check for all of the outbound links is
done daily so if a link exchange partner destination page
becomes PR 0, the link in your links directory
automatically gets changed to a text (which only
contains the url address without a link).In order to activate this feature you should go to
your account profile settings inside the
http://www.link-swapper.com and enable this option.Hope this helps

I tried to link to your site Texas Holem and it would not work, I also use link swapper.
I got the following message The page at http://www.onlinebettingreview.com/cmadsenb3.php?op=listlinks&cat_id=4725 does not contain a reciprocal URL to [url]http://www.texasholdem-123.com,[/url] submission aborted.
If you look at this page your site is out there.
