InactiveHey B, again, go back into the affil site and look there at your payment reports, they maybe are different than what Max quoted you.
as far as switching from wire to eco and back, all programs have done that from time to time as different processors handle things differently…..as well as charge different amounts. Your bank may charge for incoming wires also, but you would see that amount on your statement.
It can be difficult to reconcile incoming payments of late, but as Dom said, be happy you’re receiving payments….lol
VA has been late and there were 2 months time that payments did’nt go out, the records may indicate that they did….but may not have been actually sent by the processor…so months can be doubled up.

GuestHi C:
appreciate the suggestion …. but i think I made clear (somewhere) …. according to VA reports …… I haven’t been paid since Dec 2005.
I have tried every route.
I’m now tired of waiting .. and tire of assuming. I gave that every shot IMHO.
Now I want to figure this out. I still believe they’ve paid me … but would you be any less agressive after having checked as many months as I have already provided ….. and not seen really any close to claims wire payments?
I recognize the one that came in …. like 20 days later and was $5 short…. because the change amounts….. meaning the closest amount I can tag to their claims ….. actually ended in the same amount of $.95 cents. as that seems most likely IMHO to have been them.
thats at best a guess…. following that thinking then one of their payments matched -$5 ….. for wire costs…. all others I have found ….. don’t match up reasonably…..
I very much feel this is fair-minded approach considering if they’d kept up to begin with .. and / at least communicated ….. I’d not find myself taking this approach now .
that fair? I very much think so..
I was being fair when I started this thread….. eating crow…. doing the right thing.
I don’t think I’m out of line to question why I can’t find their payments they claim were made?
like I said …… if they had been on time and on top of things … this might have never been an issue …. now I’m asked to look at things that happened months ago …. and then on top of that …. figure out to best ability .. whether they paid or not?
communication ….. and that didn’t happen. Now we have this mess. I didn’t cause any of it but am deserving an answer.
?

InactiveMy bad, I didn’t understand that you had gone back into the affil site, I thought you were just going by what info Max gave you. You most certainly deserve answers and I am sure Max will assist you in weeding it out.
Just a thought…I don’t know how or where they figure foreign play…say you have a player in GBP’s….that makes your payment amount different, and at times can be quite a bit. There are a couple programs that it does not reflect until you have payment.

good point ……but I think it would be more than less…. although that might explain why some months I didn’t have any where near the lower amount wires coming in that would have been expected.

InactiveDepends on the currency exchange at the time I suppose, but yeah, it should make your payment more and not less.

GuestHi again all,
to update….. I’ve received reply from Max at VA….. speaks well of him and the situation.
while I still cannot confirm wire payments….. I am optimistic this will be worked out in the long run.
Promise to keep updated…. thanks for your interest.

GuestHi again all.
while my issues are still up in the air…… just got off the phone with Max and am very impressed.
we discussed that many matters have come onto his plate after arriving….. and I told him….. however this works out….. that just like i had issues with Referback over the years.. that nobody ever read a bad word come out of my mouth about Jon-Jon…… as that man….. much like Max is doing now ……. kept communication open and that alone…… is reason to celebrate an aff manager.
Max has likely saved a partnership … just as Jon-Jon did years ago.
so I’m very optimistic about this …. and if nothing else …… can no longer claim I wasn’t addressed in person and at least a serious attempt to address my issues…
they were never enough money to go hog wild …. but until talking to Max…. were (even if 20 cents) ….. the principle being enough issue.
I am big on that ….. (in case you ain’t noticed) …
and I’m proud of my principles…… I admit when I’m wrong…… or when at least my issues are addressed.
much time had passed since I first wrote VA. I hadn’t until Max…… had them addressed. I now have a positive outlook….. and most of all ….. positive feeling it will be proven right or made right.
getting ignored is the worst. I make much more money from many different avenues and niches….. but that was not ever my issue.
we’ll cross that bridge someday…. if it ever comes to that.
what is always paramount is that issues are addressed and given sincerity…. none of which is seen…. if you’re ignored.
so I thank VA ….. most of all Max and the people here at CAP…… who may have likely been the reason I got attention at all. (no offense to Max)… maybe he just didn’t know until I made this public.
thanks again folks!
YOU…… make a big difference.
