well I made this post and then got to checking their claims in my bank statements . ….. and the eco did come in.
but … well here’s what I ended up writing to Max…….
please note …… not accusing them …. just wanting help spotting their payments….

just checked banking statement and no wire came in on the date of July 5 .. and no amount was for a matching amount you provided … all month.
however I did receive a wire on the 11th for a close amount ….this amount was for $645…. even.
that would mean charges are
668.83
645
23.83I find that a strange charge .. $23.83
more unsatisfying is that I checked my april statement covering my march transactions and it did not reflect any number close to your claims of $445.39
the first wire transfer that came in was on the 14th for $975 and another for $1975
as you can see… neither is even close to the amount nor date you provided.
walk me thru this Max as I want both paid….. and to both be a partner again and not post any negatives towards VA that aren’t true.
……sigh. where do we go from here?
thanks Bud… I don’t doubt your sincerity but also need some paperwork to back up what you said….. I’ll be glad to fax to you my back statement for any month I have mentioned … as I am all about being fair …. to both of us.

appreciate any light anyone here can spread on this situation…. as I truly don’t doubt them.. after all…. the eco card payment matched up …… but I would like to spot payments on claims made … and at this point .. cannot come close to putting one to the other..
I am in process of finding bank statements for other months they claimed wires came thru.. and if I can match any of them up … will greatly put to rest doubts…. but this is what I’ve found so far …..
would like to add… I found it very strange they made payments once via eco card and then went back to wires?
that i really find strange….. why go back to what apparently wasn’t working?
I believe if they state they paid via wire on the 5th, it was sent the 5th and takes approximently a week to receive it.
The earlier months were late as they had some issues with stats when they were on the new platform and back again….so maybe add a couple up? Stats in the system are accurate, use reporting, and payment details, it should show the amount owed for each month.
As for the other question…I believe payment methods etc are private forum discussion….but the had processor change so method changes.
good point C: about payment methods.. can a mod move this to private area?
hard not to talk about how I was paid and figure this out.

now that said…. what i find odd is that they moved to eco and then went back ….. why not stick with what is working rather than go back to what apprarantly gave them reason to move in the first place?

all I really want is to confirm payments were made……
even if their claims of payment were off in my bank statements …….you’d think the incoming money would at some point .. especially considering most were claims to have been paid near the first of the month …. have shown up at some point in the bank statement?

That is when they were having stats issues with the new platform ( affil site) and the old… log in and check payment amount for April and see what it says there.
well here’s Max’s reply to my issues . …… before i couldn’t match up their dates/claims…. so it really shouldn’t matter about old and new platforms ….. unless he didn’t do all the homework…..

Here’s what I’ve got from my records:Dec $899.29 and
Jan $253.00 Paid via Wire the 1th of MayFeb $445.39 Paid via Check on the 3th of April
March $535.44 Paid via EcoCard on the 2th of May
April $382.95 Paid via Wire on the 14th of June
May $668.83 Paid via Wire on the 5th of July
We Still have to send June as we had some problem due to a shortage of staff (August…holyday time) and to a problem with the payment processor.
It won’t take long anyway.most curious is why they’d go from wire to eco …. back to wire? eco was obviously working fine …..
why go back?
why don’t any incoming wires in my bank statements come even reasonably close to their own claims?
again …. not accusing them….. but rather just trying to put to bed this issue by finding something close that confirms their own claims.
I take blame for not keeping better records …. but also feel this could all be avoided if emails or notification of some sort were made …. when payments go out.
add to that when you get late on payments ….make it very hard for us to keep track ..
for instance ….I’m at the time of this writing … trying to find missing bank statements …. because I want to be fair to all involved.
I started this thread to fix any damage my issues may have brought up …. only to find myself at this point … because this is the truth as i have uncovered it to this point.
again……I don’t accuse them of anything ….. but at same time …. want to get some confirmation and have been trying to match their own claims to …. bank statements that are not gone …..but have been ….. lost until I do my usual grand look for them come tax time lol.
I’m trying .. and take blame for much …… but what I have found so far … has not been promising.

btw: only payment methods mentioned are wires and eco.. the latter dead in the water on the 24th and wire ….. well …. I think its rather foolish to think this is not a recognized method already … please point out any error in my thinking….

I moved it. I am NOT normally around at this time of day! It is 8:30 pm and I have been here since 4 am.
BB1, this whole payment stuff is a lot more complicated that we fathom.
I would not complain about methods changing from month to month. Just be glad you are getting paid.
There are varying charges applied too, checks can cost extra if they come from a foreign bank, even if they are written in $. Wires have charges attached to them.
If I were in their shoes and using eco, and there were any problems with it at this stage, I would switch too. Eco is shutting down for the US.
It’s not the method, it’s the banks. If they have a good route to send wires, thank god and be quiet. Last thing they need is us yelling about it.
PS. and I think privacy should be respected and private correspondance should not be posted in public forums.
Just found my June statement….
no incoming wires until the date of the 13th…. that for 1585
next closest to the amount VA sent …. was on the 20th for 485
none of those …. are even close to their claims.
I did note one payment closer to their claim….. came in on the 6/28 and was for 377.95
still an odd amount not matching them ….. and doesn’t make sense in terms of cost of wire transfers… in respect to some of their other claims and what I see on bank statements….. ie ….. that one month the cost would have been like $23.83 and the then in this instance . … figuring the cost of wire transfer minus the closest amount i received for this month …. would have been a difference of … 382.95 …. to 377.95 …. which admittedly looks more likely to add up that it is their payment though the dates are like 20 days difference …. that then means one month they charged me $5 and the time a few months earlier was $23 and change …. just doesn’t add up….
help me see if I’m wrong in my thoughts…… and thank you.
Hi again… been quiet. got nothing for months.
I started posting and gained some approach….. don’t mean to cause any others problems but the fact is … I get a lot of payments from a lot a places….. not all to do with OG.
I’m trying to figure this out. I started out this thread to fix any damage done about VA and payments …. only to find upon looking closer… that little (only the eco payment) fit their claims.

when they switched to eco …. and then back to wire…. there was no issue with eco quitting.
something isn’t right. While I still hold out that they have paid ….. and don’t dispute the eco payment nor the check … the wires don’t add up even close….

one last thing.. I’m usually able to confirm a payment via my bank statement becuase its close to what I’m told .. this hasn’t been the case with VA….
I cannot find payments coming in close to their claims .. in my bank statement….. its all very weird to say the least.
that said … I still hold hope I can find closure to this …. as I find it hard to believe they made a payment via Eco …. and then didn’t the other times they claimed…. but …? really lost on this….
