InactiveThen there is:
it looks to me like they are using the free sub domains registration for int.pl and like, they are using 3 main IP addresses (as i found so far) if these are dedicated IPs or IP hosted in the USA it will be great since a court order may be in place to disclose the owner name (he must be paying by CC or something there)
if he/she/they are stupid they left other traces, i am trying to nail this nowi still have an open issue with you on putting my name on the open but that will be dealt with later 1st i want to know two things, who is the affiliate and 2nd who tricked you to thnk it was me, ,but one thing at a time my friend, the night here is still yound and i am waking my people up to try to investigate it asap
ziv
I have now resolved his issue with me, getting him to help trace the person behind the .pl domains which is behind the vast amount of recent scraping. I even have him on my msn contact list. :eh:
I cannot prove he is behind the .pl domains, although I would not put it past him. But without proof, it is a very dangerous game to play and Ziv has the resources to carry out and make good his threats.
So yes, I have been warned off.

InactiveThere is more than one Google engineer, Matt Cutts just happens to be one of them. Because Ziv is all powerful don’t be intimidated by him. To me he is just another smuck. I wouldn’t retract anything about this shit face. Bring it on, I say lets see how well this poop scum is connected.
Yes he is laughing at all of us including Lou, because he carts around a super ego. Maybe the problem has gotten worse latley, since Miami? I know I haven’t been posting much but this fudge packer was in my freakin DB. This I know for a fact pegisis told me this.
Stand up and be firm we are losing momentum, so the problems are going to get worse.Probably there is someone here in this private forum who will let him know of my comments. Can’t really do anything to me I am racked to the hilt.

InactiveIf he gives up the .pl domains, that is a start… However, from reading his posts at syndk8t forum, he puts up enough per day to kill 100,000 and not blink an eye. He could be lying, but not care if we take 1% of his domains.

InactiveTHIS GUY IS FULL OF SHIT!!! trust me on this one. Ziv is a cyber criminal. From his own legitimate website the IP was traced right back here. I will try and retieve the data I collected. Doing this doing that wouln’t do anything, he needs a good malcious hack.
This is what I beleive to be his real name Dascalu, Ofer 21 Tlalim street Raanana, 43568 IL

InactiveThis is what I filed quite sometime ago take a look.
xxxhttp://www.webmastersinthesun5.com/who2.htm
Check out the banner up top then scroll down to a name Ziv Dascalu. Curious, I did a search on google with this result.
xxhttp://www.pubcon.com/bios/ziv_dascalu.htm
I find Ziv Dascalu is the fonder of Oron Online so I visit the site take a look. The alexa links for pubcon.com I find one that sparks my attention Matt Cutts from google.
Again, curious I check the whois for server data on these two sites.
xxhttp://www.texasholdem-123.com
xxhttp://www.onlinecasino-777.netThe result
Server Data
Server Type: Apache

Whois Server: whois.moniker.com …………………….take note of this company? Take a look at the dos attacks and the 888 thread.
Name Server: NS1.FULL-DNS.COMBut anyway the dots can be connected. This is just a brief, can this be mere speculation? I could spend another ten hours getting direct IP linkages. Ziv is a unix pro and resides on the internet or the IGP not www this is why he is such a threat.

InactiveSo what’s the latest from 888 on this? Are they just hoping to rude the storm. The public side seems to have died…maybe worth a few *bumps* to remind them it’s still an issue.
June 2, 2006 at 11:35 am #694121
vladcizsolMemberThe fact that 888 now has Ziv himself posting in an attempt to white wash their position in all of this is proof positive that they are definitley feeling something. I doubt they need to be reminded.

Inactive888 is feeling this big time.
However, by having that post removed they just scored a big one too.
I have temporarily taken this behind the scenes now since I have lost my platform.
Don’t think for a second I am sitting still for this.

InactiveSeveral of us are being hit by over 10,000 backlinks all setup on domains registered in May. An attempt at bowling. I suggest everyone performs a search for their domain name with no spaces or the TLD at the end and see if you are also being affected.
I have posted a query in Matt’s Cutts blog which I am hoping he will answer. It is the last comment – By Dave and concerns Google Bowling.

very good thread.I actually recently got into an exchange with a lawyer. and i cited the fact that i got my content from other sources, publicly available, that iam certain have not been sent a cease and desist like i have been. I am providing a similar service using the same exact methods google, msn, and yahoo use. They cited monitary gains, i cited 1 page of search results from each engine with relevant ads on it.
This was all after i FIRST removed the offending content of course… lol. i aint THAT brave.

Nice to see some fella selling gambling services taking the moral high ground cos he wrties his own content.Quote
I must say a well thought through post, and also unfortunately a typical Blackhat approach to abuse the fact that the young industry with it’s very limited legal protection can do very little to protect themselves from people with a different morality than ours. Having read many of your SEO posts in the past and knowing how brilliant you are, I can’t help but to respect you for your SEO genius and abilities. However, what you are trying to accomplish is two folded.
I am very surprised that Google is not eliminating these sites. They can not be good value for advertisers.BroadProspect

Dave Said,
June 2, 2006 @ 7:45 amMatt,
If one of our sites is being subjected by a mass bowling attack – ie over 10,000 spammy .pl and .info sites, linking back to several of the same sites, how do we go about reporting it? Obviously doing so, one by one would take forever.
Is this something we should be worried about, if we are being targetted by competitors this way.
Many Thanks
