InactiveLou,
Please can you pass on this information by way of email to Bryan Bailey please. The more ammo we get the better on this the better.
Also can you name the affiliate. It looks like he should also be outed.
Cheers
Dave

InactiveAlso Lou,
As per the T & C’s changes last year, perhaps if we all club together regarding any possible legal action. I’ll happily throw some into the pot.

vladcizsolMemberRegarding Bryan
I can’t dictate how Bryan runs his business. He represents players and generally they are satisified with 888. They are one of his advertisers and I dont think it would be fair to expect him to drop their contract.I can email him, but its an ackward situation due to the business considerations.

InactiveLou,
Bryan dropped them a couple of years ago. It is worth letting him know out of courtesy. Bryan will make up his own mind what he is going to do. I just feel he needs to be aware of all the facts, so he is able to do so.

You have my utmost respect for making this decision. It can’t have been an easy one so kudos for making it.
It is incredibly disappointing that 888 are prepared to drop ethics and the interests of all their other affiliates just to protect the income from one. In fact, I find it quite unbelievable.
Let’s hope there is truth in the rumour that Ladbrokes are interested in acquiring them. They surely would not take this stance, although were it to be made clear to them what is happening at 888 and how they make the bulk of their income, it may well affect their decision to move in.
One final note, I hope no-one goes public on Shelleys comments. It would put her in a potentially more-than-awkward position. Respect where it is due.
Cheers

Completely agree. I feel sorry for Shelly, she sure has taken a lot of stick over the last couple of months.

InactiveAgreed about Shelly.
Our linking and posting is slowly working, there have been the first signs of it working yesterday.
We need a many pronged attack. Let’s keep the linking up, and let’s try to step it up, offering free links to all wo link everywhere, including WOL, and personally I have no problems whatsoever linking to any and all GPWA folk to further our stand.

This is just the first trickles. Give it a month or two.
This takes a little time but will be super effective.

InactiveLet’s hope there is truth in the rumour that Ladbrokes are interested in acquiring them.
According to John O’Reily the MD of Ladbrokes eGaming, this is a rumour with no substance and it is not going to happen.
I have also heard from one of the Directors here in Gibraltar that they are not interested in acquiring Cassava. But then again, it could be a smoke screen.

InactiveI must agree “it’s over and it’s just Begun” what is to follow will be even more damming. I echoe get 888.com off CAP they do not belong here.
For our rogue links let them grow adding to the cause we all seek. Keep the preasure up. This will go far and wide, now a pending lawsuite, rogued and decertified at cap what more can be done?
There are plenty of avenues that haven’t even been explored yet. What about suspension of trading of 888.com stock, Online magazine ranks 888.com as number #1, the press, ect…
How will webmasters justify supporting 888.com once the ball gets rolling? 888.com no longer needs us webmasters anyways.
The rogue pages and now this is a excellent start to some thing bigger. We have all the evidence needed to sink this company. We must all be united and set a standard which others will follow. We built them, now lets take them down!!!
Now it begins!!! greek39
Contact the SE’s and get them delisted, I know Google would do it.

InactiveWe have all worked very hard, for me 14 hours a day! and if this fails there are other means. The needs of the many do in fact outweigh the needs of the few, that is democracy. CAP is demonstrating this philosphy right now, they can’t keep them certified when so many are getting ripped off. greek39

I have heard of this back in December. I beleive I kept a record of it somewhere. I will try and dig it up. greek39

InactiveGoogle would be a great starting point. If we all start to file Spam reports at
http://www.google.com/contact/spamreport.html
…one or two will get through.
You need an offending URL and the offending Google Search Words to report it properly – look at the form you’ll see what I mean.
Kill them off Google and that would do the trick pretty much in itself. Watch 888 come crying back to affiliates saying “look we are taking action…please come back”. Yeah right.
