InactiveIn routine period bonus updates I went to Slots of Vegas casino. I got there after clicking on my aff url. I wanted to ask if some coupon codes were still available. I lauched Live Chat.
Wild vegas? Slots of Vegas? Either way, the player was sent to Cool Cat without being tracked. So the affiliate (if this had been a real player) would have lost the comission. So then one wonders how often players are redirected verbally….

InactiveOk, wild vegas – slots of Vegas (still confused which we are talking about here) – I don’t know the answer to that because I don’t know what was the matter with the casino. Was it temporarily down? Is it closed? Is it even yours?
Since I haven’t kept up with your properties and don’t know the course of the conversation that took place, I really can’t answer that. I would hope CS knew more than I do…

InactiveIf I were you I would dump this program right away.
It sounds as standard practice – the CS is probably advised to try and verbaly refer players to new casinos every chance they get… I mean, what kind of customer service representative are you if you cannot access the property you are supposed to service?!? That’s bull – dump’em!June 2, 2009 at 8:45 pm #800335

That’s bull – dump’em!The problem was not the CS agent could not access the back office, the problem was no one could access anything of the casino. The players could not play in the casino, so CS sent them to another casino. Any online casino that has more than one casino does this when one brand goes down from more that 24 hours.

Bull! The guys just said that he went to the casino and contacted the Live Chat from the casino’s website. And if it’s a standard practice for your casinos to go down for more than 24 hours…
Bottom line, some aff programs always try to switch players to new casinos from their brand:
1. It eliminates any commission that may be due to affiliates, while the player still plays.
2. Re-hooks the player by opening new account at a new casino + giving the player bigger bonus (which = bigger wagering requirements and less chance to withdraw any winnings).I am 100% sure that if the same guy contacted the customer service with CoolCat bonus question he/she would be given “a big bonus” to sign up at a different casino.

Please goto the casino and download it. Then try to log in.

Also, you can access chat from the website. The website and the casino software are not on the same servers.
