I apologize if you are experiencing slow reports and I want to thank those for the concern. You will probably find that the report times-out and you cant view anything. We’re well aware of this. We are currently working with Microgaming on a solution to speed things up and I’m doing everything in my power to make sure this gets resolved.
Freecc – it was thought that updating your banking details was causing a snag, further slowing things down, this has been removed in the interim to facilitate things. In the meantime, your asked to please email me with your changes and I’ll have these updated on my side.
