Villento uses a Microgaming-provided stats program, which is slower than molasses. I wonder if Referspot is using the same system?

I can’t say I care too much for the new program either. I liked the old one a lot better. I love the 90 day report and looked at it everytime I logged in. Now it’s gone. Getting to the banners in the new program is a bit annoying also, in my opinion. And we’ve all learned to deal with ‘slow’ with computers sometimes, but the new program seems to be like sitting in a traffic jam at 5pm on a weekday afternoon. Very disappointing.

There is very little information on the new site. Or at least that I’ve had the patience to find.

I was really hoping that it was going to be an improvement over the old referspot, but I’d be thrilled to see it back.

its a pain to get banners there
if you request banners for all casinos
i get anyways a not found messages
so i have to load for each casino and size extra
oh myyyyy
what a pain

and the QUICK stats on the left side
loading about 2 mins
and then you see refresh stats and thats all

lot and lot of bugs at that programm

I do think that’s a microgaming “solution” like Villento.

I’d say the new system is not quite ready for affiliates yet…….there are actually banners in there?? I have not seen them yet, and everytime I leave the new affiliate site…..my puter shuts down…..anyone else have that problem?

I have yet to pull up ANY stats on the new system. I cannot update Banking details as this option apparently doesn’t exist in the my account section.
As for uploading new banners with the new codes – that’s just not happeni:confused:ng

The saddest part of this whole thing is for about 2 years they had been telling me that they were working on a new affiliate program. It would be much much better and that they would look into lowering the min payment requirement. I honestly don’t see that any of that happened with the new program.

I think if thats the product of 1 1/2 to 2 years work they really need some serious help!

The tracking should be fine as it comes directly from Microgaming, just the site is way too slow.

The way I understand it is if your one of of the few affs they moved over to 35% months ago to to test this thing then you do not need to change out your banners, if you were not moved to the 35% platform then if you want that % you best start moving over your banners asap.

well i just checked my e-mail box very carefully
i do not find any e-mail about the new programm at all
neither one that tells that links must be changed

should they not send out such things to their affiliate via e-mail too?
