InactiveThey’ve been told that they must clarify the T&C – specifically, how much is made available to the real account from the bonus account while playing various games in the bonus account.
They do not appear to have heeded this advice. I don’t promote them so I don’t pay as close attention as I should – but suffice it to say there won’t be any promotion on my sites until such time as the T&C is clearly stated.
I did see Brian in London but didn’t get a chance to talk much with him. I hope to resurrect our discussion soon by email, however.

InactiveIt’s not a switch. You will, however, have to suck an ocean through a straw.

InactiveOkay so update:
Trish is SOOOO nice and very helpful and of course she did a great job at retaining me as an afifliate. When I explained to her my situation she emailed the casino manager. Needless to say my account was bumped to the SILVER VIP LEVEL.
This is what I DID NOT KNOW –
When a player reaches the next VIP level, they get a 100 % match bonus, the BONUS MONEY IS THEN PLACED INTO THE REAL ACCOUNT and no longer locked up in the bonus account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You get $15 for every 100 comp points instead of 10, more promotions each month, and extra better customer service.
Because of this, I am now going to place their banners back up and promote them again since they did turnover quite well. Now that I understnad there bonus system and the two accounts and now that I know you dont have to deal with that once you are a silver vip member, I think that it actually is kind of a good thing. Just think about, the casino is essentially prescreening the bonus hunters by limiting the amount of initial bonus money they can just CASHOUT by restricting it and then relelaseing it slowly thereby elimniating the risk of bonus hunters.
After some deposits and wagering you get put into the VIP silver VIP level and everything is good. INcluding penny bets!
So Trish thank you very much for your personal assistance and for making me see that it’s not THAT bad afterall (Evn though I got scrwed out of a nice win from my royal LOL) jk…
2 thumbs up for Casino Prof Shares service and one nice smile from me!
