That sucks! I feel for you Matt.

It’s a shame that this casino group has chosen this route. I removed all their links a couple of months ago, and they won’t be back until this ridiculous bonus structure is removed. I’ll even gladly promote these sites with no bonus at all, but the current concept does nothing but turn off genuine players.

When this group first launched, I was singing their praises because of some exceptional customer service. The comparison between then and now is like night and day.

Wake up guys, before all your affiliates pull the links!

You should see what the girl I spoke with in Live CHat was saying and how she justified the way they ripoff unsuspecting people……

And of course you never realize it until yuo really HIT something in the bonus account and find out your screwed.

What sparred my initial investigation was my friend was dealt a pocket royal on power poker DIDN’T GET A DIME!

    That is SO SCANDALOUS!

I have never hit a royal flush until the other day and of course it was on my damn bonus account at music hall and I got 17 dollars WOOHOO

    ugh

    Oooff…

Shows how much I know!

I’m not much of a gambler… more a marketer… but I am starting to play more now that I have APCW going. Perhapse I should look into their bonus promoting a bit more.

I, personally, have never had an issue with Casino Profit Share. Brain or Trish always respond and seem to make every attempt to treat me right. Although, Brian was unresponsive on my invitation to APCW. I really thought CPS would have done very well there…

    Matt I am confused….

You say the problem is with Casino Action and they are administered by Casino Profit Share?

I check at Casino Profit Shave and they do not have a Casino Action Group listed…

I went to Casinoaction.com and that is an inactive domain….

What is the name of the casino where you hit the Royal Flush?

Brian and Trish are both wonderful people and I am sure thay ARE a pleasure to work with.

Its a shame their program ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! Most affiliates (I know NOT ALL) who promote them get shaved balder then Vin Diesel. Perhaps that has some bearing on why they didnt want their conversion stats analyized

I was playingn at Golden Reef Casino when I won the RF yesterday and lately I had been playing at Music Hall.

Their like incentive bonus program is called

    “Casino Action”

They have Aztec Riches casino, Golden Reef, Music Hall Casino, Challnger Casino

Ahhh, Ok now I get it. (I read too fast above or would have seen that, duh…)

Well I had never heard of any problems with the casinos, but I would be pissed too. The play thru requirements at many casinos are a source of frustration for players. I hope the lead set by Phoenician Casino (5 times play thru on all games) is followed by others.

Matt this does suck. Sorry it had to happen to you.

Captain, are you familiar with their “bonus account” format and how that works. That’s on TOP Of a playthrough requirement.

And they say refer to thier terms and conditions but how can you refer to them when they are so broad as to say

“The more you play the more you will have available to transfer to your regular account”

“Any monies transferred from bonus account to real account will have an additional 10 x playthrough”

I got 18 dollars to transfer after playing over 600 actual credits….im sure my wagering totals were 5 times that.

This should be considered a scam .

Nope, I havent played there myself. Maybe one of our resident Terms and Conditions gurus like Spearmaster knows….

Anybody familiar with Bonus structure and T&Cs at these casinos?

    Here….

    Bonus Account
Upon registering a Real Account at the Casino, a Bonus account will automatically be created and the details of this Bonus Account will be emailed to the player.

Your bonus will be credited to your bonus account and you are required to play that bonus amount within the Bonus Account. The bonus amount cannot be cashed in directly from the Bonus Account.

    Bonus Transfer

As you play games with the Bonus Account your betting turnover increases, which in turn will generate credits that can be transferred to your Real Account. The rate at which this amount is generated is dependant on the games that you play.

    and we just guess???

but wait…it gets better and this is where I just think it’s downright wrong of them.

Any amounts placed in the Bonus Account for the Player is required to be played. A percentage of each amount bet is set aside to be transferred to the Players Real Account. The funds that have been transferred will then be subject to a Wagering requirement. Any Amounts not bet will not be eligible for transfer to the Players Real Account.

The maximum amount of credits that may be redeemed from the Bonus Account is $250 prior to any deposit made in the players Real Account. Upon transferring this maximum amount the balance in the Bonus Account will be reduced to zero.

If a deposit has been made to a Real account prior to any redemption from the Bonus Account then the full redemption amount will be available to be transferred to the Players Real Account.

The rate at which bonus funds will be available to transfer is determined by the Casino Operator. The Casino Operator may change the rate at which funds will be available to transfer at anytime without notification. Different Games can have different turnover requirements due to the expected different holds by each game.
