People are emboldened by the appearance on anonimity – and believe that they can make a quick rip-off and then never have any contact again.
Easy cash.
The good news is that a community like CAP eventually exposes repeat offenders – if they use the same methods and usernames.

No unfortunately nothing interesting.It caught my attention with the claim of being a money making site while its lacking content and this while it was only registered a week or 2 prior. How do you register a site, design the layout and graphics, link your pages, add a forum, get it up and running and sell advertising for $375, in a week, without using automated scraping software! Ok lets assume that the site was not scraped and was legitimately designed. Why then sell it by making false clams?
I get pretty freaked out when this type of garbage floods the online gambling niche, ruining innocent website owners Google reputation with duplicate content and spam which makes all of us look like a bunch scam artists out to rip anybody off with a buck in their pocket. No wonder some politicians use words like “sleazy”, “serious problem” and “evils of gambling” when the subject comes up. This just adds to the motivation for shutting down the whole “out of control” industry.

I had prepared a rather long post but decided not to use it. I agree Chrisk I too often wonder why this “sleazy” practice still continues. But in any case I am sure we all know by now who is behind this mess.
In any case I would love post my findings thus far and name the CAP member responsible. This would involve a large part of the industry and would like too see an agressive campaign lauched against all parties involved.
I am finding it very hard trying too remain reserved. I have most of the info needed to launch a retalitory strike. Ricky G an alias for someone else will do it regardless. Ricky G morals come from the old testament “eye for an eye”.
I attended http://xxw.defcon.org/html/defcon-14/dc-14-post.html in August of this year. A convention filled with black hatters, hackers, perhaps the odd cracker. Some of the people I haven’t seen in years. Amongst the many issues discussed was the exploitation of their work. Scripts and programs which takin them years to develope for “open source” being used to exploit the very foundation which they helped design. Most try very hard to restain themselves and practice some sort of hacker ethic. Some of these people work for the major SE’s. Hence the Google clean up takin place right now, such as limiting description tags etc…
Blackhat/seo is a totally different group. They take other people’s hard work, which is free, and exploit it for personal gain. The funny part is that they always think they are so freakin smart nobody will ever find them. But the paradox is the very scripts they build on are scripts designed from the real masters. For many hackers and black hatters this is the worst thing that could happen to their work.

Always read CAP…. we try hard to make sure things are ethical. The search function on top works well and you can dig up lots of answers to most everything.

Perhaps it was a joke I tend to type very fast and double verb alot, nasty habit. Some of the places I come from use double verbing a fair bit.
But it would appear howardmoon would like me to explain, so I will.
ASC- an acronym fot the American Standard Code for information. The predominant characterset encoding of present day computers. The more modern version uses 7 bits for each character, in contrast the earlier versions used less. this change allowed the incliusion of lowercase letters but did not provide for accented letters or any other letter formsnot used in English. Computers are much pickier and less flexible about spelling than humans. hackers need to be very precise when talking about characters and have developed lots of verbal shorthand. Every character has one or more names, some formal, some concise, some not.

The exploitation of asc can best be seen viruses, cracks, etc.. Not used to often but your PC is based on this asc. Look up asc artwork
Route- This is the path a packet of information will take through the internet to reach the www. In most cases it will take the one closest to your location. Hence route 64 would be the pipeline the packet would use.
Maybe Spoofed- I was informing Ricky the IP may be spoofed, meanning not the real one. Double check.

These are redirected to my external hard drive and encrypted.
