If you want Europe account only to receive payments try PayPay. You can open a free account and receive payments to their summary bank accounts in Czech Republic, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Slovak Republic and US too. And it’s free to receive a payment.
Paypal doesn’t work in my country, and I need a real account to store my money and if it’s necessary to withdraw them through the debit card.

Good payment method, but as I understood I have to have a bank account to withdraw money from PayPay account.

a real banking account is impossible to open via Internet(know your customers rule). Why not to open an account in Ukraine, Baltic republics or Russia?
In Germany it´s fairly easy if you´re from the EU but you are probably not…
In the UK it´s pretty much impossible even if you are from the EU

Yes, try to get some info about Latvia. I have a friend how has a friend..
and he did open an account in Latvia from Czech Rep. Don’t know if it’s also possible for non-EU citizens, but this could be the right place to open an account with debit card.Maybe this will help you http://www.latvianbankaccount.com/

I know that with some requeriments a personal bank account is still possible.This resource is on the web since some years ago.

It’s in Latvia which is in EUROPE and it’s part of the EU.You can open personal and corporate bank account and it can be done without having to go to the bank by post.
Will cost about 150EUR to open the bank account + get the certificate etc …
The internet banking is stunning, it allows you to send SWIFT payments for 20$. and you can do all your banking online.
The bank account is a true europeen one with an IBAN bank number.
Would highly recommend that one –
Oh and Latvia has bank secrecy.
