I think that a proper content + some aff links is not a problem with SE.
There’s a lot of sites doing well with the above structure.

I have a site banned in Yahoo.
I have not aff links or duplicate content.
My guess is that for Y there’s something wrong in the reciprocal linking, but not sure of the exact problem.

Since I’m doing well with MSN and Google, I’m not able to change nothing.
I have indexed my homepage, then all the my links and finally all the subpages but not “cached” and without title and description.

Really odd. I was reading several SEO forums and there’s not nothing consistent about what is ongoing in Yahoo.

    Hi,

our site http://www.toponlinegambling.com has been panelized by Yahoo, do you think it would be wise to copy all the content to another URL and submit it ONLY to Yahoo ? Not MSN or Google?

We will change all the linking to JavaScript redirection pages today, how do we “hide” these pages from S.E’s in Robot.txt ?

I will create a folder called /ADV and make pages like /ADV/1.html for redirects will that work?

Try and trust me on this one. Within the first month of lauching my site I held pos 25 on Yahoo shit heads. I did some changes and was taken off of yahoo. The problem I quesed was to many outgoing links from my main page. So I fixed that and Yahoo still ignored me. Have you ever heard of the new yahoo practice? You can optimize for yahoo all you want but it won’t do any good, now they want some cash, paid inclusion. Do not fall for this because a paid inclusion says yahoo is no guarantee your site will be indexed.

keep in mind that yahoo days are numbered. I would wager on it! Their bot is so old and outdated it can’t do anything right. I predict yahoo will be the number three engine within a year.

As for switching your url and moving the content, to risky. Big changes are coming soon! greek39
