We have always tried to assit you with Bonuses etc when you wanted to Play and as far as sposorships go we were always Open to your ideas and we followed through with them.

If there is an issue we will rectify it But investigations Like this can take a while as YES lol they are Handled by MGS and a Third Party Design Company
They need to do the checks on if your Player were active or Not.

WHERE THE CONFUISON CAME IN ??
AGAIN this is due to the fact that some members of our program jumped to conclusions first before getting clarity on things from the source before they post here and scare the living day lights out of our ALL valued affiliates.
As I am in Control of My own Affiliate Book and have been tasked with increasing my player numbers etc i have been given the right to Grant affiliates a certain amount of Free money and Promotional Money to Help them on their Way and Increase their chances of getting a larger Player base to earn commissionn from
So i granted a number of them a Certain Budget of $10 No deposit offers that they could use to get New players
I was VERY VERY Specific as to what i required from them and it was simple
GET ME NEW PLAYERS ONLY!! by this I meant that they needed to bring in players into the GRANDPRIVE GROUP OF CASINOS that had no previous history with us nor had any previous accounts NEW PLAYERS
Once I had verified they were indeed NEW to the GrandPrive Group of Casinos and Not ONE BRAND i would apply the credits
This Had nothing to do with Affiliate commission or How we Pay This Was soley a Promotion I ran for My book of affiliates so
So Affiliates were asked to send me the players accounts so could verify if they were a New account to our Group and once i did this verifictaion I credited the accounts with the $10 Free. Again Nothing to do with commission ? Not Sure where that came from?
So if a player had accounts with JC,BV and LP and then saw this promotion advertised on an affiliate Site and Downloaded CGB Yes he has a New account with CGB but did not qualify for the $10 free as he had accounts with the Group allready.
He was not credited the $10 Free becuase of this but he still belongs to the affiliate and will still generate commision based on his spend at CGB even though he had other accounts at other casinos in our Group.
I Just did Not credit Him the $10 Free as he is Not a new Player at Our GroupNothing to do with Commission . I hope this resolves some of the confusion caused.

It Seems as though some people misunderstood what and how this effects them and have come to the community with inaccurate information to try seek answers without coming to the source for accurate info first.

Anyway – Can we at least get one thing straight without mixing of words? My only question is the same Dom posed that I just couldn’t find an exact answer to.
If Affiliate1 sends a player to Casino Grand Bay… That player (SentPlayer) deposits $1000, Affiliate1 gets credit.
If Grand Prive cross promotes (from either email, the casino itself, or any other web page pointed to by either the casino or email)… And SentPlayer now opens a Bella Vegas account.
Who gets credit for that affiliate?
There – That is a completely unbiased, no judgement question

Easy as Long as as The player is Purchasing and Playing at CGB then you will earn Comm on His Play.
If he moves Between the 2 Casinos and Plays then You will Not earn Comm on any Purchases He made at Bella Vegas But will Continue to Earn From Purchases He Makes at CGB

Sorry for the late reply as I was not in the office.
Wow , I don’t know how this started or who started this roamer but let me set the record straight.
Firstly, we at grand prive pride our self’s in making our affiliates happy and we will never (as some some said )rob our affiliates.
Yes , we are the first to have single sign on and the only purpose for this is to make it easier for our players to play at our casino. This in NO way affects our affiliates.
Let me start by explaining the benefits of single sign on. This means players can use one account number at all our casinos and transfer their cash from one casino to the next.
NOW….let me explain how affiliates earn commission at our Group.
If an affiliate sends us a player , the player is tagged with the affiliates tag and the affiliate then starts earning commission on what ever the player spends.
With single sign on it works exactly the same way.
Again single sign on does not affect our affiliates as this is how it is done.
If affiliate A brings player 1 to Casino Grand bay he will get his commission on what ever the player spends at this casino.
If affiliate B brings in the same player to Jupiter Club it is only fair to give affiliate B the commission that the player spends in Jupiter club.
Therefore a Player will only be tagged to an affiliate per casino and not per Group.
I would like conclude in saying this, I do not appreciate some people twisting my colleges words and posting some thing if they are unsure about any thing at our Group.
To all my affiliates, I will never lie to you and you may contact me at any time to discuss any thing you are not sure about.
I would appreciate my affiliates contacting instead of listening to roamers.

You then send an email to player 1 about a special email bonus at Jupiter Club , the player now signs up thru your cross marketing , do i earn for this player at jupiter club ,
It has already been said that you would not get commisions if the player goes to another casino in the group.

single sign in is just a system that “automatically” give very good reason for players to play at different casinos in the same group
