    Does anyone here ever actually mail the managers to find out what is going on? Seems like the thing to do, give your details privately so to protect them and have things looked at.

    I don’t. I’m tired of the canned responses of “I can assure you that, our stat system is working perfectly. Just give us more exposure.”

    Then what’s the point of posting? This thread is about what one can do for US players, and it’s derailed. And you are not even looking for a resolution.

    These program specific sections are here to aid communication, figure out better ways to do things and solve problems.

    This particular thread is about deposit and withdrawal options for US players.

    So a few people have questions about their accounts and put them in the wrong thread. Fine. But please keep in mind this is about resolving issues here.

    I’ll give Marvyn this much …. he’s been more on top of things than any fortune lounge manager I can remember though I think David was a good one. … personally …. I never could make money with them and have issues why I don’t on at least the occasional month … make money? I have sent them many players and despite having issues …. I can hardly keep myself from some of the offers they make ……

    yet out of all the players I sent them over the years …. I never get a check. if someone decides to start an additional thread towards their bottom line ….. I will be happy to bring up all my issues with them. :)
