InactiveHi Marvyn,
The addition of ECO card would be a big help. Also paying affiliates in US dollars would be real nice.

InactiveHi Marvyn, first off thanks for being so involved and on top of things here. Really makes a difference.
However, I have a player from the US who has been waiting over 5 weeks for a withdrawl via ACH from FL. The support is prompt as always, but not very informative. Can you shed any light on the situation with ACH withdrawls?
Thanks

327007MemberTwo issues would help tremendously:
1. Consistently pay US players in a timely manner, such that withdrawals take the same amount of time as non-US players.
2. Pay the hundreds? of players whose winnings were confiscated recently, as described at http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/casino-complaints-non-bonus-issues/16977-locked-account-royal-vegas-vegas-towers.html
. It should be very simple. If a player follows your T&C and does not commit fraud, you pay him. If you don’t like the style of play for whatever reason, then you can ban him after having paid winnings and/or change your T&C to prevent that style of play.March 26, 2007 at 4:53 pm #731942

InactiveI received my affiliate payment from FA through ACH using GBP and had no problem, When it hit my bank it was automatically converted to USD. There was a $2.50 free.
What I would like to know is that I had some small whales playing and when neteller pulled out they went to. Is there anyway that FA can email these players and suggest other methods of depositing?

vladcizsolMemberCowboy make sure you hit “Update”. When I first login it shows my income at 0, then after I hit update it displayed actual income.

I have PM’d you my answer to the above.
I will communicate with people on this matter one-on-one (PM’s or emails) but not in threads on CAP as this is an affiliate forum.
Thank you,

We would like to hear from all affiliates how we can assist you in tackling the US market as we are confident there is still plenty of business to be done.
We look forward to hearing your ideas, opinions, expectations and requirements.

The Fortune Affiliates Team
Nice to hear that. Can you tell me how US players can deposit and withdraw?
Credit cards to deposit and Ecocard to withdraw, am I right? or you have another methods?March 27, 2007 at 12:16 pm #732052
WebzcasMemberHey guys,
Firstly, Ecocard: This is a deposit option for all players right now at Fortune Lounge. We at Fortune Affiliates should have this available for your payments as well around the end of April. We will inform everyone as soon as it is ready for use.
Titus has a pretty good point though, since you can only withdraw your funds from Ecocard (as far as I understand) through Wire transfer anyway. We could just Wire the money through in a different currency and your bank will convert it to US dollars.
Secondly, player withdrawals: (Hi Kat) Please PM, or email me the players details – you could even unblock me on MSN and use that
– so I can find out what’s the problem there?Thirdly, depositing options for players: Players are being assisted by the Fortune Lounge support team for different depositing options wherever possible. Right now, credit card for depositing and Ecocard for withdrawing works for most.
Fourthly, zero earnings for Cowboy and M.D. (and anyone else with a similar concern): Please PM or email me at [email protected] so I can have this looked into for you ASAP?
If you don’t want to speak to me, then email [email protected]… :plain: I’ll tell them to ignore you
Thanks for all the responses guys, and keep them coming.
