Hi All,
To confirm – we have not changed the links recently. The change referred to is one that occured at the end of April / beginning of May, when Vegas Affiliates realised that the new links being used were not working.
An email was sent to all affiliates informing them of the need to change back to the old links, to ensure proper tracking.
Please let me know if any further clarity is required on the above.

I would like to confirm the status of payments for July and August 2007.
All payments for July 2007 commissions have been paid. The payments that were outstanding to US affiliates, as a result of complications with processing to US banks, were processed on 27 September 2007, with confirmation that the amounts left our bank on 28 September 2007.
August 2007 commissions were processed yesterday, 1 October 2007, with confirmation that these transactions left our bank on the same date.
Please note: Affiliates expecting payment via wire transfer should see the payments reflect within 3-5 business days of the date that the payments left our bank (as per above).
Affiliates receiving August 2007 commission payments via NETeller – these payments will be processed within the next 2-3 days (by the latest: 5 October 2007). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but the delay is beyond our control.
Please let me know if you have any questions, or if you do not receive your payment/s, such that I can follow up on them for you.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once more for your patience and understanding over the past few months. I know it has not been easy, and for this we apologize. We are doing all we can to get the program (and especially payments) back on track.

Hi Kamiel, thanks for the update on payments. Just a quick question, are you now able to send payments to neteller accounts? I was told this was no longer an option a few months back and had to use wire (I’m based in the UK)

We have had a number of issues with processing to Neteller in the past, hence the request to use alternate options. We will be able to process Neteller payments this month, but as stated in my post, they will be delayed for 2-3 days.
We do offer Moneybookers, PaySpark and EcoCard / Quicktender as other options, should you wish to receive your commissions via a method other than wire transfer.

I still haven’t been paid. I started promoting vegas affiliates around the end of march. I stopped after a few weeks because the stats were broken the entire time. I have still never been paid.

In my response to you, I said “we will include your payment with our September commission payments being run in the next few days”. I did not specify a set number of days.
We will be processing September commission payments in this week, so you can expect to see payment soon.
I have also sent you an email to confirm your preferred payment method. Please can you respond to that email ASAP.
