Usual story, VA not replying to emails.
I have a problem with them in that as far as I can see, their casinos run just fine and convert pretty well, it’s just no one can ever get any info out of them!
    Oh what to do.

    Hi All,

To start, I think it fitting to announce officially that I am the new Affiliate Program Manager of Vegas Affiliates. To dispell any rumours, Max has not left the program, and still plays an integral role in the running of the program.

I know it has taken me a little while to post and address the matters at hand, but just having moved to Vegas Affiliates, I have had to take some time to adjust and to get an insight into the issues and matters plagueing the program.

I know that for the past 6+ months you have been experiencing delays with payments, not to mention the problems encountered with stats. I will try to address all major issues in this post, and will address any other issues over the coming weeks.

Firstly, on the matter of late / delayed payments, I can confirm that July commissions have been processed in full. We have had a number of issues with regards to the payment of our US affiliates, but we are confident that all US affiliates will receive their July commission payments within the next few days. We have also set in motion the process of paying all August commissions due. These payments will be processed early next week, and we will ensure that you are advised once the payments have been processed.

I have been looking at the “trouble areas” that are at the root of the problems with payments, and I feel quite confident that the changes and processes we are now putting in place will alleviate these problems and ensure that payments are processed and received in a timely fashion. We are also reviewing the terms and conditions applicable to the processing of payments, and hope to bring this in line with the industry norm (payments being processed around the 10th working day) very soon.

Regarding the stats, we are working very closely with our development team to review the stats to ensure that it is indeed working as it should be. Along with this, we are determined to provide you with reports that are not only accurate, but that also allow you to better analyse your marketing efforts, and therefore increase potential profitability. Our first goal at this stage is, as mentioned above, to ensure that the stats are correct, and if not, to ensure that this is rectified ASAP.

On the matter of communication, I know that of late you have been very frustrated with the poor level of communication and response from Vegas Affiliates. I can assure you that this will change going forward. Many of you feel that Max has not been responding to you and addressing the issues at hand, and although he himself admits that this is not what you should expect from Vegas Affiliates, I have to say that he has been under a huge amount of pressure taking over from where the previous Affiliate Manager had left off, and to try and resolve all issues affecting the program, and yourselves.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the patience you have exercised during the past months, and to assure you that you will see a better Vegas Affiliates going forward.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, comments or concerns, and I will do my best to provide you with the answers you need.

    Kind regards,

    Kamiel Mahomed
    Affiliate Program Manager
    Vegas Affiliates

    Welcome, Kamiel!

Kamiel and I have been in contact via email for a little over a week now, and thus far I’ve been impressed. The future of VA looks a bit brighter now. :)

I would strongly suggest not answering that question in a public forum. Once the processor’s name is “outed,” it will not longer be a viable option.

Keep track of your monthly earnings on a spreadsheet, and then compare the incoming payments to your spreadsheet. Highlight the numbers once a payment comes in, to keep track of who has paid and who hasn’t.

Do not discuss payment processors in public forums.

    Hi Led / Engineer,

    Thanks for the warm welcome.

I agree with Engineer on this one Led. Not a good idea making processors’ names public these days. All that I can say at this time is that we use a number of processors (when necessary), as a means to get around problem areas, as was the case with July commissions.

We are also working on acquiring the Affiliate SpeedPay method as a means to alleviate the problems. Will keep you all posted.

Engineer: 100% agreed on payment processors.:flush:
I’m just investigating a mistery payment with an amount didn’t match up with any due income.

Kamiel: Could you PM me the processors please?
    Thank you.

    Hi allfreechips,

The stats is one of the main areas that I am working on, to ensure that it is 100% correct, as well as that we can provide you with reports that will allow for better assessment of your performance. In additon, it would be careless of me to comment on the current / past state of the stats without having a complete picture on what had happened in the past, as well confirmation from the development team on whether the stats are correct or if an error has been found.

I have looked at your website (http://www.allfreechips.com/casino_guide/microgaming-casinos.html), and found that all the links for the Vegas Affiliates casinos are resulting in error pages when clicked on.

We have checked the casino pages (via other affiliate links and general type in URLs) and we have been able to access / get to the casino websites without any problems.

Please can you double-check that the links you have used are correct.

I will provide feedback to all affiliates on the matter of stats soon, once I have had our developers complete the task of checking the data.

    Kind regards,

    Kamiel Mahomed

    Hi Spearmaster,

Thanks. Actually been in the industry all the time – was with an RTG based program for the past 2 years – TrueEarnings.com.

allfreechips: as far as I understand, affiliates were informed on the need to change back to the old tracking links at the end of April / beginning of May. This could explain why you have not been seeing any traffic.

I have asked the question of whether or not we could try to link the traffic back to you somehow, but I am afraid to say that we unable to do so.

    Regards,
