Things are getting worse by the day. I hate scraped content. If someone wants to generate it automatically, creating junk sites, it’s their and SE’s problem. But stealing content… I guess those won’t even reply.
But about those minor site, with frames, I would contact them. Maybe they will just remove it, to avoid any problems.Everything can be stolen in the internet. Even your pagerank. Maybe they have corrected it now. I really prefered the internet some years ago… some things are getting out of hand…
