his host wont take the site down they ask for a c”opyright license” – what the hell is the matter with them??? I and hired people wrote the stuff. I paid the webdesigner for the design – what the hell is this ……………….

The hosting company is obligated to take care of the situation or face the prospect of being banned. Legal action is something that lies outside the internet then a lawyer is required. By default your work is protected within the internet. If you can’t get this resolved feel free to PM me because this is bullshit.
All you have to do is submitt copyright infrindgment notice to Google, yahoo ect..

If they just removed sites without proof your competitors might be running around trying to remove your sites all day long. At the same time some will remove without proof, which I think would be the wrong course of action.
Good to see this idiot wised up a bit, hopefully he wont hit someone else when he does his redesign.
Jan, as a matter of interest, how did you find this? Copyscape or just by chance? Just want to make sure I stay on top of tracking down theiving scum…

Well actually the affiliate Program Partnerlogic/Intercasino told me about the site – they had even already tried to contact the dude to make him stop before contacting me. So that was really impressive work by them.
Also Casinooartners were very helpful. Focalclisk and Roxyaffilaites helped too – that was the only programs I amaaged to contact before the site was taken down.
