I’ve been trying to figure this out myself. I know a person who is consistently bidding in the US without being removed. I see others come and go for short periods but this particular person is always bidding. Kudos to him for figuring it out.
Truthfully, if you were in the know of how to bypass Google’s restrictions, would you share it? Why, so your competitors can drive up your ppc costs. I think this is something you’re going to have to test and figure out on your own.

There’s nothing illegal about running ads for sites that have gambling content. It’s just one of their policies. LOL

You should write a book about that
when you are starting your campaign, start with something else, and after two weeks just change the ad to your staff and the landing page url to your site, this will last for 7-12 days until the next googlebot scan.
It was so easy a few months ago, in fact i discovered it by a mistake on my end, not really trying to do it.
So I was there in some markets for like 4 months and it was bringing around 200 new deposit players per month (cost was also high, a few thousand € per month and took some time to get it back on revshare, but yes, ended being really profitable and still get a good amount or revshare money from those players), but then i received a warning and my campaigns were deleted (my account is still active) so i have not tried again, as i’m sure my account is flagged and they will be looking for it.
I guess i could try again with a new account under a different name, credit card, different PC, different IP, etc but too much hassle and i doubt it will work on the same way i did it, as in fact i see way less advertisers now, seems most of us were caught and stopped with it, as i used to see like 10 other guys doing it for the same markets i did.
