Congrats! Brightshare is truly an awesome program
I am a bit surprised they won the casino group of the year, though, with all the complaints I have seen on CM this year 
Don’t get me wrong, I love working with BS and the group of casinos (AND, I believe in their honesty and integrity) – but there had to be more complaints on the Jackpot Factory group than any other group of casinos over the last year at CM, so why the honor?

Kwblue, as I’m sure you’ve already read, this is what CM had to say about JF getting the best casino group award:

The Jackpot Factory proved that it has what it takes to be an outstanding casino group. Making a 180 degree turnaround from last year’s Stupid Casino Tricks Award, they licked their wounds, and proceeded to put this bad chapter behind them.During this past year, players often expressed their relief and gratitude to the Jackpot Factory group; it had truly focused its energies on player satisfaction. This is admirable since it’s not often that a group can recover so quickly. Keep up the good work JF.
My guess is that the following is a fair answer to your comment: JF had a very business year, which amounted to a lot of player support queries which CM believed that JF handled very well. Did you ask CM?

ok. Just seemed strange to me. It IS very admirable that the JF group turned everything around. What about those casinos that never had anything to turn around, though?
I don’t completely disagree with the award… Just seemed a bit odd knowing about all the posts complaining over the last year.
Maybe best to ask CM and see what he has to say… no? Why not?
CM is tough and basically if you get an award from him it’s an award you can be proud of

Time flies, KW, actually the complaints now date 2 years back, last year was the opposite….
It is my understanding that these awards are based on one year’s worth of player feedback. So it means that last year, CM had more positive feedback about Brightshare casinos than any others.
I have considered publishing a list of G&C player favs also, and would also base it on one year at a time.
Trying to do a life time award would take immense research spanning some 10 years or more for a huge number of casinos, and it would be almost impossible to be fair and accurate.
I can’t think of many places that have never been in trouble for one thing or another. The landscape changes year to year.
