Have you looked into Flytonic themes? I know they have some awesome themes… just not sure if they could assist with the language requirement.

If you are serious about yur idea, contact the guys at Vegas Kings (vegaskings.com). You won’t find a more experienced gaming designer anywhere and they are good people.
