InactiveHi All,
Fun month. I have enjoyed going throug the pains with all of you and reading some of your comments. Here is whats up.
To start I would like to address payments. I promised some things I couldn’t live up to, I was only stating what I was told. I submitted payment documents 4 times (today being the last) and eventually went through to satisfy thousands of individual fraudulent charges. All is correct. Your number in your account in Jan right now is what you will be paid.
Payments by Netteller will be first and there is a 98% chance they will be done tomorrow before 2pm EST. Checks and Wires are submitted next which are processed in Antiqua. If you have the correct info you will have it in your account or on your door step on Monday.
For those of you who have emails that havent been answered I am sorry. There have been some pressing matters that needed to be addressed and they have been, I am starting on the emails now.
Proffessor. I know you are pissed you don’t have your money but you should run a commission by monthly summary report and note the results.
Moving forward I can’t promise this situation won’t happen again. We do what we can to do business and that business comes with risk. For the most part affiliates made some damn good money in Jan and will in Feb. Of course not being paid on time is a pain and you are right to complain but I am trying to run a business as well. I couldn’t pay out on the bad debt transactions.
Call me on my cell if you have questions or business line:

vladcizsolMemberJared why am I NOT surprised that payments wont arrive again this week?
Month by Month Summarys dont mean shit. I cant pay my mortgage with summarys and neither can anyone else. I bet if you got a summary in YOUR pay envelope you wouldn’t be thrilled either. Without payment none of this matters does it?
I am curious as to why you put have the correct info in red and underlined? We have been receiving wires all month from other partners. Why would we suddenly provide Casino Coins with incorrect info? Or is that going to be the story du jour on Monday? “All the payments came back because you guys supplied us with wrong info?”
Damn right I am pissed Jared and damned right your company deserves it. This is the absolute worst perfomance I have ever seen by a casino I work with. You even warn us that a replay is possible in the future? UN BELIEVABLE!

InactiveQuestion for everyone here.
New player signups for us slowed to almost a halt since the beginning of this week.
We are still sending about the same traffic.
Anyone else?

I’m not ONE bit surprised.
I also have a question Jared……
Why are some affiliates reporting that their chargebacks incurred in Jan have been wiped?? As posted on this forum board and others.
Yet a few like myself still have a few thousand in reversals leaving nothing more than a few dollars payable.
If this is in fact the case – and it strongly appears so –
I demand an explanation as to why differential treatment is given to certain affiliates.Do I need to get on the phone – rant and rave just to feed my family as well??
The professor isn’t the only one who’s pissed!

We noticed something similar, a huge surge of sign ups the first 6 days of the month, then dropped to almost nothing since all the chargebacks started.
Not being paid on time is one thing, not being paid for almost an entire month is another. I have employees to pay who are pissed at me because I am not paying them. This is a horrible situation and we are not happy at all with what’s going on with Coins (and other sites) and the explanation of ‘you guys shouldn’t be so pissed because you all did well in January anyway’ is not a good consolation and not a professional thing to say.

Yeah I for one would like to see an answer to this. Did some people get special treatment?

InactiveJust received payment via NETeller (UK).
Bad news is that apparently I’m the only person he’s paying today. Rest of you will have to wait until next month apparently.
Jusssssssssss’ kidding
Yours will be with you too I should expect

InactiveNo special treatment is given to our affiliates as you all know

However special consideration is given to players. High Rollers are given certain exceptions on bad debt. When chargebacks occur they are updated but if the High Roller customer pays what he owes to keep playing after a bad debt or charge back occurs then the money is no longer held in bad debt and is moved to profit.
Hope that explains things.
