InactiveIt’s tough to be patient when you are no longer on your feet because of your partners. I am pretty much in a financial crisis due to having to wait on payments from several programs all the way back from December. We earn an average of 25% of the profit, which means the 75% they made would not have been possible if it weren’t for us. It seems that they could at least get our payments to us in a timely manner. The lack of communication also amazes me. It wouldn’t be half as bad if they would email us on a regular basis as to what is going on. I would definitely be more patient if I was told honestly what the hold-up is and when it might be fixed. Instead I only hear the ever changing payment dates which never arrive.

GuestHi again all,
Please don’t set yourself up for the BS again and again.
I have harped many times that if someone continually supports a program known to cheat affs, they are in effect making it possible for them to continue in their sleazy efforts.
Please don’t get mad at me because I’m not saying I told you so. But ask yourself this question: have I said in the past that I thought it was pretty obvious this program was screwing me?
I too have faced some hard decisions (though I imagine in this case since it reads they’ve cheated everybody to the bone this time around it won’t be too hard) but anyway don’t let yourself fall into a situation where you’ll be saying this stuff to yourself again in a few months.
All too often I read a thread where someone calls a program on what is obvious BS and then again in a few months i read it again. Well guess what? the reason they are still in business and able to cheat people again is because they’ve had the money to continue operating.
I know its hard to yank a program that makes a little money every month. I have done it several times though and have never regretted the action. Trust me it will be made up somewhere else.
With all due respect to surfers … I have found they will follow where their lead. Another thing, when we all take action (not just a few) that shows we WILL not accept lame BS excuses and a little money to placate us … the next program will think twice before pulling this shit.
Again please understand this isn’t a scold but rather that I’m begging everyone that still makes a little money with a program that obviously is cheating us … to give up that change and take a risk.
Of course I can’t promise everyone will come out ahead instantly but I can say its been my experience that within a few months the meager amount of dollars I was making at one place that i made the decision to take down … was never felt and BOY did it feel good to be able to say f### you to them in the way where they feel it most.

InactiveWhat are your guys Chargeback/Deposit Rates and Chargeback/Net Profit.
Im showing 73% chargebacks/Deposit and a 75% chargeback/Net Profit.
There is no way 73% of players have the ability to use credit cards let alone all of them making chargebacks! I would think that number would be more like 5% with a 1% chargeback.
I checked on Superslots to see what their deposit methods for US players were and they had Wire, Moneygram, Click2pay, and Credit Cards.
Is it even possible for a chargeback to occur for anything except a credit card?
Hopefully when Jared gets back tomorrow he’ll give us some sort of explanation, although at this point I don’t see a logical explanation possible.

InactiveA few possible reasons –
– Most casinos have a delayed accounting system when it comes to charge back. It is highly likely that the charge back that have surfaced in affiliate accounts this month are for deposits made in last 3 months.
– A second scenario could be that in order to take advantage of the void created in the market for US players, CC was liberal and relaxed the usual checks and balances which are normally in place for players deposits. This must have been done in good intention to cater to the market opportunity. But it is possible that this got in a lot of players who would deposit and affect a charge back after they lost their money.
– It is also possible that one particular processor has defaulted and not cleared the past payments.
I have been watching this thread for sometime. I have been on the operator side for a long time and I understand the pressures under which Aff Managers operate. We have to understand that they don’t have full control over various processes and the way the business is run from a company’s point of view.
It would be too early to drop them and I believe Jared deserves a chance to explain the real issue.
Thanks
