InactiveThe form has some errors on it, there’s no place to place a guests name, so when you click register it says error you must fill in guests name and email address.

InactiveLooks like I’ll be staying in the Royal Towers as it seems that there have been a few displeased customers of the Coral Towers:

Professor, you should also take some of the information from the “sponsorship opportunities” guide and place them into the “Schedule” page so affiliates can better understand the events.
I’m trying to sign up a guest, and it doesn’t open up a field for name and email address, which the form is subsequently telling me are required.
I’m also a little confused why all these events are during about the same time, maybe there could be some clarification about them?
• Deep Sea Fishing
• Golf @ The Ocean Club
• Snorkeling/Catamaran Cruise
• Bacardi Rum TourAnd what size is the deep sea fishing boat? Last time I went deep sea fishing I ralfed all over and ruined my new shorts because the boat was tiny while the waves were at least 20 feet high. That wasn’t too far away either, Cancun, Mexico.
See you guys there!

InactiveI love the sound of “deep sea fishing”. It’s the being on the SEA, that concerns me.
I figure that there is less chance of barfing on Bacardi tour since, presumably, they don’t give more than 1 or 2 free drinks.

I beg to differ, I took the Bacardi tour in Puerto Rico and the smell of Molases made me sicker than any boat ever could.

InactiveWhat is the best route to go if you want a suite with 2 rooms and if I want to stay at say a rented out condo instead for a week can we still get into the resort with all the amenities? Maybe with a braclett like in London?

With all the cruise ships coming in, Atlantis is very strict. They usually ask for a room key for the pool, etc.

vladcizsolMemberNormally this wouldnt be a problem. It wasn’t an issue in London, it wont be a problem in Barcelona this fall and it wasnt a problem in previous years when we were in Miami.
BUT it will be a problem at Atlantis. This resort maintains very tight security and they do not allow persons who are not guests of the hotel to wander around the property. You WILL be challenged by staff quite often to show your room key. Since most of our events are in private areas of the resort it would be a real headache if you aren’t staying at Atlantis.
That’s the bad news. The good news is there are two room suites and condos available at Atlantis and I bet our team can get you a conference rate on those. Please call:
1-800-937-9251 for US and Canada
International call: 215-862-5008.Beverly or Karen can help you.
An alternative is to rent two rooms in the Atlantis Coral Tower and posibly they could be ajoining if you book early.

InactiveI should add that non guests can still visit the Casino, the shops and the big dig, but pool and beach access will be off limits.
Trust me, you will want to use the big water slide :happydanc

I reserved and paid half the price of staying at the resort and I made sure to call and confirm that you allowed onto the resort, she said that many guest take the room card and cover with scotch tape to preserve it better and water proof it so be sure to bring the tape!

vladcizsolMemberDid the Atlantis people tell you that or Comfort Suites?
As far as I know what you were told is incorrect and I would not recommend people stay off property because Atlantis does have strict security requirements and we cant guarantee you access to the CAP events. Its also a LOT more convenient to access your room if its on site.
